My husband and I want ti have a baby right away but dont seem to be getting the job done. I know that both of our plumbing works because I have been pregnant before. Need advise on how to boost fertilitly on both ends. Tried the ovulation test not working need some tircks and home remedies. Is there anything we can do to boost his sperm count or to help me even before we do the doctor thing?

I used these to concieve my son, I got pregnant with him the same month trying.
Your man needs to be wearing only boxers or go bare.
Make sure u track your fertile days by using the cervical mucous method. Around the 14th day of your cycle counting the first day of bleeding as day one u will prbably ovulate. U can get pregnant 3-5 days before ovulating and 12-24 hours after ovulation occurs, thats because sperm can live inside a womans body for 3-5 days and the egg is fertile for 12-24 hours. Everyday if u have to of your cycle sit on the toilet or squat down and stick 1-2 fingers inside and reach up as far as possible to your cervix and then check for any mucous. sometimes women can see the discharge when they wipe. U will notice as u approach ovulationg your discharge will be kinda milky and cloudy,then it will become more lear and slippery, this is a good time to try and get pregnant. Your most fertile day u will have very stretchy snot like or semen type discharge..it will be clear and thick. u are ovulating at this point.
Missionary position is the best to use as it keeps the sperm inside and keeps them deep in your vagina.
Have an orgasm during sex or if u can during your mans ejaculation as this dips the cervix low into the sperm or closer to your mans penis, which helps the sperm get closer to the cervix.
After sex lay with your legs straight up in the air for 10-15 minutes lying flat on your back with a pillow under your bottom. make sure your legs are up though *one of the best techniques used*
Do not have sex often. Only around your fertile days, your mans sperm count will lower the more sex u have so try to have sex only a couple times a month. I hope u get what u want and let us know if u get pregnant...Good Luck!!

You are aware that to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up. This way you can make the best use of the little sperm that he might have.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
As regarding your husband's sperm count I think you will need a doctor's advice. The first thing is to get the sperms checked to see whether the count is low. If this is low do not worry because there are medicines to boost the count - of course they are available only by prescription. That is why you have to see a doctor for that purpose.

have him wear loose fitting briefs...this allows the testicles to get away from the body, sperm die at body temperature. Also, this is kinda personal, but if you can lie on your back and reach orgasm after your husbanb has ejaculated inside of you this will help. Bring your knees up to your chest, and reach orgasm (with or without his help), during the female orgasm your cervix dips down into the pool of sperm, allowing a larger amont of swimmers to reach your egg. Keep using the ovulation monitor in conjunction with this technique. Good luck

There is fertility tracking software available. I used the one thru ivillage and saw two lines within a month (after 6 months of unsuccessful trying).
Secondly, RELAX! The more you think about it, stress about it, the harder it seems to be.
