Trying to Conceive - November 2006

Ok..So bear wtih me here!...I had the first day of my last period on Oct, 23. I had unprotected sex on Nov 10..actually 3:30 in the morning of the 11th..anyhow..I have had some slight symptoms of starting but haven't...I have had the getting sick in the morning, evening,night, if I have not ate..and gums bleeding, tender breast, a little bloating..etc..I was to start today..Me and My friend are on cue with eachother..We start and end the same time..same symptoms the night before we start and all...She started today at 5:30 in the morning..usually when I do...but..I didn't. I have NO signs of starting!..My face usually breaks out real bad days before I start..It is dry and clear...I took a pregnancy test and it was bold NEG!..So I still feel like I am not going to start!..What is going on!?..I am never late..and if anything I start early....Is there still the possibility that I could be prego??..If the First Response test said NEG!? any help would be great!..NO mean answers please!

I was on the pill since I was about 17 but I quit about 5 months ago. My cycles are normal and according to the home ovulation kit I've been ovulating. I don't notice the mucus however. Could there be something wrong or am I just stressing for no reason? How long should it take to conceive?

My husband and I are going to start trying to conceive in the next few months. I've been on the pill for a few years now, and I was wondering how long it has taken others to get pregnant after coming off the pill? Also, are the hormones from the pill still in your body for a while after you stop taking it? Thanks!

ok here is my story. i had my period in spetember from the 22-24th which was lighter than normal, in october i had it on the 24th which was four days late and only lasted one day. i haven't had a period this month yet but i have been tired all the time, been getting headaches, the skina round my nipples has gotten really dark, my breast are tender to the touch expecially around the nipples, i have been sick to my stomach everyday for the last couple of weeks i am trying to figure out when my period should come this month and when i should take a pregnancy test....can anyone help me? serious answers please!!!!

I had unplanned unprotected sex with my young, fit man a few weeks ago.
We didnt use protection as it was a one-off, raw spontaneous event.
I didnt take the morning after pill.

I have since come on my period.

Why did i not fall pregnant?
Both of us are young and healthy.

Help....i was on birth control for 6 or 7 years and now i have been trying to have a baby for a little over a year and i cant.... plus my periods are awful!!!!! then 2 months ago i took a test and it said yes( i was week 1/2 late) but then i started next day and doc said i never was pregnant.... and they wont check me to see if im fertile... i have no family history of this either.... everyone gets pregnant easily...im 20 so im not to old either..what should i do????

I was suppose to have my period on the 14th. I had spotting on the 7th and 8th. Obviously have unprotected sex cause we are ttc. My period are still missing, now the 20th. I did a pregnancy test on the 14th and came back negative. What could it be ?

My husband and I have been trying to concieve for about 3 months. The last couple of days I have been really nauseaous. I have also had a headache (but I'm quitting sodas cold turkey) and My boobs hurt. According to my ovulation calendar I should get my period on the 25th. Do you think it is too early to take a first response test? I can wait but I'm a little impatient because I want it so bad.

I had to have some xrays done of my back I was about a day late and they asked me if I thought I was pregnant before the procedure I told them It was possible So I had a pregnancy test done it came out negative but know I'm a week late and feel nauseous.If I'm pregnant could It affect my baby I'm worried because I had a miscarriage 5months ago.

I had my last period on oct. 13th. I am on a 33 day cycle so my next period would have been on nov 15th. My husband works irregular hours so we only had sex twice this month, on the 20th and 28th. of oct. He wore a condom both times, and did not ejaculate inside of me, and were almost positive that the condom didn't break. I took a home pregnancy test (E.P.T. to be specific) on the 1st, 3rd and 5th days of my missed period. In september I recently went back to work after taking the summer off. (I work in a day care with all women about 30 hrs a week.) My sister was having some health problems recently and I have been stressing out about missing my cycle. Mostly my husband's fault. I ovulated normally this month and was getting all the signs of my period comming (PMS, side hurting, ect) and right when I was supposesed to be due for my period I started cramping (which I still do from time to time) What are the chances that I am pregnant?

I have had two miscarriages: one last august at 6 weeks. and the other one was this week at barely 3 weeks, november. Dr. told me that it is normal and the reason was chromosomal abnormalities. My husband and I are both healthy. We are going to try again hope it works out for us :) Anyone fell pregnant with healthy babies after two miscarriages? I need reassurance. I do not have the average cycle lately. It is 49-50 days.
How would I know when it is O.K. to test with a HPT? My cycle used to be normal. So would I have to wait a total of 49-50 days from when my cycle started to test?

Day 1 of my cycle was Oct. 20th so I'm obviously due for my period, but it hasn't come yet. I got cramps last week, but after 2 days they went away. I tested Friday which was 11/18 and got a negative result. It's 11/20, no cramps, no period. My bbs are somewhat sore but no more than usual around period time. I don't feel pregnant, but I'm also really sick with a cold. Could it be the cold that's surpressing my period? Or is it possible that I am pregnant?? Should I be careful about what meds I take for my cold in case I may be pregnant??
Just getting sick of this waiting game!! Am I or am I not?!?!
