Index finger up towards your cervix - make a little curve with the tip of your finger and pull out. Then touch your index finger to the tip of your thumb and if it is stretchy (like egg whites) you are ovulating.

I always knew when I was getting near ovulation because I would get the EWCM. Eggwhite cervical mucus. I would have regular throughout the month and then it would gradually get more and more like the ewcm and then on one certain day there would be quite a bit of it So I knew that was around the right time and that I would be ovulating very soon. Thats the best time to try to get pregnant when you have that.

each and each lady ovulates at distinctive circumstances, even based upon their cervical mucus alterations, so what could be real for me won't be real for you precisely. I, for my area, not often get eggwhite CM, in many circumstances my maximum fertile CM is only sparkling and watery. i'm going to have it for some days, as much as a week, previous to ovulation. in case you're attempting to get pregnant, any time you adventure a transformation from dry and/or white and creamy cervical mucus to the two sparkling and watery CM or eggwhite CM (sparkling, slippery and stretchy) you ought to verify you're doing the deed as you may ovulate at any time thereafter. possibly day 12 of your cycle, possibly day 17, i could not pinpoint an afternoon for you except you have been charting BBT and CM and had a longtime development of once you ovulate. As for ovulation discomfort, do not place self belief in this as a symptom except you be attentive to for specific which you get the discomfort each and every time you ovulate. not each lady stories ovulation discomfort. i'm one that does yet basically a pair of one/3 of the time and mine in many circumstances "hurts" once I've definitely ovulated, so for me I had to do the deed earlier I felt the discomfort.
