do not worry. My friend was unknowingly pregnant and exposed to lots of X-rays with her job. The baby was absolutely fine. The amount of radiation exposure is extremely minimal compared to years ago. You are exposed for a tiny fraction of a second. Not long enough to do any damage!

Unlikely. Medical x-rays are of a low enough intensity to not cause much cell damage. The lead apron that you wear during dental x-rays is more of a precautionary measure than to prevent a likely problem.

x-rays are super serious, did your doctor even think to ask you if you think you might be pregnant? It actually can cause retardation, in early fetal development. My husband needed to get some back x-rays for his back because of football, and the doctor told him for us not to try for kids if we are for another 2 month or so, because all his sperm was going to be tainted due to the x-rays, and he said that it can cause birth defects in our baby If I got preggie! Good luck I hope everything is ok, because that is pretty serious!

I had xrays done during my 1st and 3rd trimester. Dont worry. My son is a very healthy 3 year old.

You are probably not if they did a test and it was neg. But it is POSSIBLE. I would take a home test if I were you. And if it is positive contact a Dr. immediatly and tell them the circumstance. Good luck
