It's a comparitive thing.....you have to be checking yourself regularly so you know.

When you are ovulating, your cervix will be "SHOW" which means -
Soft
High
Open
Wet

Soft -
Normally, your cervix will feel kind of firm, like the tip of your nose. When you are ovulating, it will feel soft, more like your cheek.

High -
It will be higher up and harder to reach than normal when you are ovulating. Like I said, you have to be checking on a regular basis so you can compare.

Open -
Normally you'll feel a little dimple in the middle of your cervix. This is the os, the opening to your womb. When you are ovulating, it will feel more like a hole instead of a dimple and you might be able to insert a finger just a little bit.

Wet -
You'll have an increase in cervical mucous when you are ovulating. Fertile cervical mucous is often refered to as "egg white cervical mucous" as it resembles the consistency of egg whites. It's kind of clear and stretchy.

I WOULD HAVE A DOCTOR CHECK THAT FOR YOU! BUT USUALLY YOU CAN CHECK FOR YOURSELF. LEAN FORWARD AS YOU CHECK AND YOU SHOULD FEEL A RIDGE LIKE AREA. I'M PRETTY SURE THAT IS THE CERVIX.
YOU'LL KNOW IF YOU'VE FOUND IT BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT IS SENSITIVE WHEN TOUCHED!
