There have been some studies suggesting that a woman going through infertility may experience a thickening of the uterine wall after taking a regime of baby aspirin. However, some studies have said that it doesn't work. The dosage of a baby aspirin is so low that it would not pose a risk to you, but should be done with a doctor's supervision.
