Average time for a couple of normal fertility is about four months. That's average, mind... some people get pregnant the first try, and for others it takes as much as a year. But 85-95% of people will conceive within twelve months of starting to "try". You aren't even at the average trying-to-conceive length yet, so yes, you are stressing for no reason. If you still haven't gotten pregnant after six months, call up your doctor.

The average healthy couple has a 20-25% chance of conceiving every month, assuming that everything is lined up correctly. This means it takes an average of 4-6 months to conceive. You've only been trying for 2 months, so I'd hold off on the worrying just yet. :)
Cervical mucus isn't always noticeable on the outside. Some women check internally - I don't rely on that method. I just take opk's when I know it's close to time. Make sure you are staying hydrated - the body needs fluid to make fluid.

Don't start to stress yet, like others have told you, it takes 4-6 months for the average couple to conceive. You might get pregnant next month, or it might take longer, but you shouldn't worry about infertility until you have been trying for a year.
Give it another month or two, and if you still haven't conceived, I suggest a book called "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. I picked the book up on half.com and only paid $20. it is a GREAT book and will help you undersrtand your cycles, how to know what kind of cervical fluid that you have, and mine, the 2001 edition came with wonderful software that you can use on the computer to chart and plan. It has TONS of great information!
Good luck to you!

Stop stressing over it. When you stress, your hormone level drops. Just do you thing and enjoy each other and it will happen.
