How do you chart? My husband and i are talking about trying. I know my mucus levels and streachyness has a lot to do wi th it. and i think i know the days i can get pregnate. Nov 1st being the center day i think.

but i hear a lot about charting, how dose one do this? I can't ask my doctor, as i dont have insurance right now.

Hi everyone! My husband and I just been marry for about 6mo. and we started to talked about having a baby next year. I'm in my mid 20s. and my husband in his early 30s. My husband is truthly a family man, I know he will be a great dad. I wanted to have a baby too, but I'm very very nervous, I don't have any siblings so I don't know if I can take good care of a baby, or what to expect. Is it painful when you giving birth? How would I expect to feel when being pregnant? Is it heavy? One thing that I'm really afraid of is not be able to get back in shape like right now. Will you gain major weight after give birth? Also, what nutritions food I should eat besides medications? Do I need to eat all the nutrients food before I try to conceive?

We've been trying to conceive for 11 months..they put me on provera to start my periods and it never did..ive been to the dr they said its because i had the depo shot and it'd come out of my system by itself eventually...well i found this site....and im thinking about trying these pills??!??! read it and tell me what you think thanks! http://fertilaid.com/vitexagnuscastus.asp anyone think it might work???

I have taken 2 EPT (plus minus) tests both came back with a thin positive plus, then I took 2 of the (plus minus) dollar general tests they both came back a thin positive line, that was last week. Today I took 2 of the (plus minus) dollar generel tests both negative, the other tests I took where before I started taking the prenatal vitamins the doctor gave me, they have discolored my urine making it dark looking, I was wondeing if this could be making the results negative or could the other positives been evaporation lines, most of them came back positve before the 10 minute time limit but one of them it took an hour to come back positive, I would go to the doc, but they want a positive urine test before a blood test. Please help me I am so confused.

Okay, I am really bummed because I thought this was going to be the one. I had my first miscarriage around this same time last year. A week after I found out, I lost it. I was okay because my doc says that is natural,that often pregnancy may end in miscarriage in the first trimester; and I only had a week to think about it. But this is the second one and honestly, I am so afraid that I will never know that joy of holding a little one. I just celebrated my 33rd birthday.

Has anyone shared a similar experience they care to share with me? Is there something I should be doing beforehand to increase my chances of having a baby the next time.

Any helpful advice/ words of encouragement would be helpful and thanks in advance.

i haven't had a full period since june 3rd and in july i spoted for an hour on the 21st and 22nd and havent bled since..... then on 10/20 i spotted again for about an hour and i haven't done anything since and i am showing all signs of being preggers yet i have had tests say negative.... i have a doc appointment in 2 weeks but i am looking for opinions on this and if anyone else has had this happen.
and yes we are ttc and i have done everything i can think of to do. i was not in any pain or anything i just went to pee and there it was so is it possible that i am preggers and i just had to much stress friday and it caused me to bleed for a bit?only honest opinions please.

what if you feel fine no pain nothing. my question is if you feel good and feel your emotionally ready to have sex again..can you? would there be any problems that come along with that if you were to have sex? or would you be able to as long as you are having no problems and you feel ready.

ok I took a preg test this afternoon it came up neg...I dont know if I took the test at the wrong time or if its still to early but lemme tell you why I think im preg last friday I had spotting it lasted one day the blood looked like it would on the very last day of your period,next Ive been getting mild cramping it comes and goes then this is what made me think something deff was up I got heartburn twice in the past few weeks and Ive never gotten heartburn before....I called my dr and told him they said wait another week then test....I got the first response 5 day early one when should I try again????

For the last 5 months (since I started charting CM and CP), my periods have been very regular. Exactly 29 Days. Well this past cycle was weird. I was due to start my period on October 4th (my b-day, how funny). On October 3rd, I woke up in the morning, I saw spotting when I wiped. I though that maybe I was preggers, since I had a little bit of cramps and nipple tenderness. It went on like that for 2 more days until Friday the 6th I started full on bleeding. How Sad. Anyways, I'm trying to track my cycle to see when I ovulate, but I'm confused. Always 29 days and all of a sudden 31. When did I ovulate. I figured if going 29 days I ovulated on Saturday, but 31 days I ovulated yesterday. I had sex with my husband on Thurday of last week, Sunday, & yesterday. I'm SOOO CONFUSED. What Are My Chances??? Can I just use 30 days as my cycle for now?

IF you have blocked tubes i know that you can either go throw sur.or IVF and an IVF cost like $10,000. my med. don't pay for that and i am a full time college student so there is no way i can afford that. If you know anything about blocked tubes or any programs that help pay for IVF let me know please. TTC for two years.

hi again! Well Im not completely sure when I ovulated but think Im due on Today, tomorrow or Thursday. For the past few days I have had a yellow/orange discharge and light cramping today feeling like af is on its way, is it possible to feel this but still be pregnant? My lower back is aching and boobs very tender now! Im worried as I feel like af is coming?

My period is a little late, and if you've seen any of my previous posts you know that I've been terrible about my birth control pills. Anyways, I have been exhausted the past couple of days, and my breasts are a tiny bit tender, and I have also had an on-and-off headache the past coupld of days. Are these PMS symptoms or pregnancy symptoms? Can I even have these symptoms at 3 weeks(that's how far along I would be if it turns out I am preggo)?

My husband had a vasectomy against my wishes about 2 years ago. He has regrets and of course I didn't want it in the first place. Is reversal even a practical or affordable option? What are the chances of pregnancy after a vasectomy? I've heard of couples getting pregnant despite a v-sect. What are other affordable / practical options of conceiving?

I'm trying to get pregnant for almost a year now. I went to the doc and there was nothing wrong - did blood test. Every month i hope i'm preg, but then my period comes. I stop using the pill about a year ago aswell. After i stoped using it my period is irregular every month and i dont know when my ovulating date is. I even check my temp every day and it's not working. Can somebody help me?

Recently, i posted another questions about when to have kids. Well, I talked with my boyfriend/fiance about getting married before having kids, and he's really heart set on having kids before marriage, because he feels that getting married first will really push back having kids. What should I do? I really would love to get married first but I really want kids. He's mine forever we have both come to that agreement, and we're moving to Colorado to be with my family, (who adores him). He want's kids first then marriage. I'm really undecided.

My boyfriend recently had a physical and was told he had a hernia. Could that cause his sperm count to be low? We have been trying to get pregnant since January. I have 3 children from a previous marriage, so I don't think it is me that is the problem. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Additional Details


I am 27 yrs old my youngest is 5. He just turned 41. The hernia is not paining him at all. He did not even know he had one. Could his age be a contributing factor?

Recently, me and my boyfriend (practically my fiance) have been talking about getting married and having kids. Well, with the circumstances that they are, I didn't have any b/c pills and won't have for one month. Well being off the pills have really made my hormones all out of wack. So i will cry or be pissed off for no reason. So recently I have been wanting a baby even more. We want to wait to have kids until we move to Colorado in February but I really want kids now. How can I explain to my boyfriend that waiting 3 months isn't really a big issue? Also, he's concerned about not having any medical insurance, any ideas about that?

Please help me i'm Jose's sister-in-law,
Ok I had sex with my husband on Monday 10/16 got my period on Tuesday 10/17 it stopped on Thursday 10/19 same day it stopped had sex again of course we have been trying since last month Saturday 10/21 had sex again then Sunday morning when I got up to use the restroom when I cleaned myself it was like reddish, Is it possible to get pregnant right away? In the Ovulation Calculator it say I ovulate between 10/27-10/30 should I keep trying even harder between those days?

We have been trying for four months and I am starting to get worried why its not happening for us. I have been on the pill for 8 years and got off in February. I have never missed a period and my cycle has been between 28-35 days. The strange thing is I have been breaking out on my back the last few months and was wondering if that is my hormones trying to get back to normal though I would think that being off the pill for 8 months now, my system should be back to normal. Any advice?
