Oh, VItex.

Yes, that's been used for a long time to help with exactly this sort of thing.

Vitex (also known as Monks Berry or Chaste Berry) has a long history of use to help "normalize" female reproductive hormones.

Not sure about these particular pills -- I didn't read that closely. My personal preference is always for raw herbs. (That way I know exactly what I'm getting.) However, that's me -- and I've been trained in herbal medicine since I was a kid. Great-grandma didn't make hers into pills, so I don't. lol

Yes, Vitex is appropriate and effective for your situation. Shop around a little, and choose the product that has the best price and the fewest ingredients.

NEVER take Depo to do any thing for your body. Do some research, it causes miscarriages. My friend got it and the doctors didn't tell her that. She got pregnant while on it and miscarried because of it. She now feels awful that she killed her baby without knowing it. I have never heard of that pill so ask your doc. I took Depo too before I knew what it did. Spread the word!!!

I would not take anything without asking my Doc first!!! There may be some side effects to this medicine or cause you more probs. If you do not trust your doc go to a fertility specialist and see what they can do for you!!! Good luck!!!
