First of all do not say can't because you are defeating yourself by saying that. First, you need to relax. Try going on a vacation or something to get your mind off of things. Also research some Chinese herbs for making sure that you are ovulating and your body is in tune. I personally was not ovulating correctly with my first son, so I had your same problem. After researching that my body was out of balance, I took Black Cohosh and Dong Quai to get my cycle back in balance. I know that I am not a doctor, but I have found that alternative methods work better for me than doctors sometimes.

Amy, to conceive you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

have sex often especially around the day you ovulate. Afterwards try not to jump up straight away, lay there for a while. Cut out caffeine and smoking (if you smoke)as these may make it harder to conceive or go see a doctor.

We were trying to get pregnant for a while, and someone told me to put my legs in the air right afterward, like put my arms behind my back and hold up my body kind of when you are doing the bicycle exercise thing, and stay there for about 10 minutes....
I got pregnant within 2 weeks of doing that after every time.....
(don't trust ovulation tests..... when i wasn't trying to get pregnant, i was using it so i wouldn't.... it said i wasn't ovulating, and i was, and i got pregnant!!!!)

Have you tried praying to God? try not to think about it. It will happen. Faith is the key answer. I bet if you prayed to God every day and thank him for everything I bet you will concieve in a couple of months.

Lots of things can lower sperm count. I believe milk is a big factor. Cut out all dairy, but ovulation tests to see when you're ovulating, and eat a very good well-balanced diet.
