Pregnancy - March 2007

I am entering my 3rd trimester here in a week or two(I am 26weeks now)and having the worst heartburn!! I usually have these horrid attacks at night. Anyone else experincing this? Also my baby girl doesnt kick alot. I always thought she would constatly. Rest assure she does kick, just not all the time. Maybe she is kicking more when I am sleeping? Or is she just a lazy baby! lol.

I am taking medication to help with the pregnancy nausea and vomiting. But like 15 minutes after i took it I got sick. Can I take another dose?

Why is it whenever i go to the bathroom it brings on contractions and it hurts? It will stay for about 5 minutes and go away. I am 36 weeks pregnant, but this has been going on for about 2 weeks. My stomache gets hard and everything. I know i dont have a UTI. Another question is kinda personal.. Today it kinda hurt to go # 2. I dont have hemmroids though? kinda gross but im just wondering why?

2 nights ago i had 6 contractions in a half n hour.. went away then came back again same thing btu jsut went away !!! Ahh i think im going crazy! its making me a little depressed :-(

i was wondering who could be the dad of this baby im carring.i had my period on sep1 2006.i slept with the guy #1 on the 15th and then with guy #2 on the 16th.i know its not something im proud of but it happened.my due date is the 8th of june they say i concived on the 15th of sep.so do you think its guy #1?or two?please give me your thoughts on this.

While my husband and I haven't been ttc, we were careless w/ BC on 2/16 and 2/19. My first day of my last AF was 2/8. I have a strange feeling I may be pregnant (which we would be happy about, regardless of conscious intent). I've read everything I can about early pregnancy signs on the medical websites -- but I'm interested in hearing about personal stories. What, if any, symptoms did you have before missing a period?

My girl friend came over to help me paint the babies room. I bought a primer and latex paint. I got so dizzy that I couldn't reach out to the wall and over my head for more then 3 minutes. I had to leave the room for a long time before I was no longer dizzy. Well it took her a long time do finish by herself and she got the primer done. I have to finish it, she is from out of town and can't help and I am single, no one to help me. I am doing up to 5 minutes at a time and come out SO dizzy that i just sit forever and feel exhausted! Is this normal, I have been dizzy alot this pregnancy with the increased blood flow with baby. Oh, I am 24 weeks

Ok, the last question I've asked was could I get pregnant 4 days before my expected period. I got my period 4 days after intercourse (it seemed regular and lasted for 6 days). But I got my period again (26 days later). Well It's brownish looking and very light. And there isnt really any kind of red in it (a very small amount). Because usually when I first start my period, my period is much heavier and a red or a darker red. But this is brown like a tan color (pretty weird). I was just wondering could this be a regular period? or Implantation bleeding? or what?

First things first, I know they are Braxton Hicks I have been checked out and they are not regular. I have been having these for atleast a week now on a daily basis, my doc says I will probably keep having them until the day I deliver and I'm only 35 weeks. My question is how long have some of you other ladies had them for and is there any other kind of relief besides drinking water and soaking in a bath, because they really do not feel too good at times?

What does it mean to have green poop in a breastfed baby? It just happened and has never been that color before. Usually it's just orangish or yellow? What could cause this? Or can it sometimes be just a normal thing??? Thanks for any help!!!!

I'm 19-20 weeks pregnant and REALLY confused on all the conflicting fitness advice I see. I'm slim but not really in shape, and I want to try and be "prepared" for what's coming. I used to run, but haven't in a couple years.

Are there any safe exercises (squats, lunges, crunches) I can do? What worked best for you?

Please don't suggest walking... my neighborhood isn't exactly ideal (I live in the boonies), and I refuse to walk alone for safety reasons. I have a dog, but the last time I tried that, I almost broke my jaw on the asphalt (long story).

Gyms and classes aren't feasible either unless they're free. Any activities I can do at home would be greatly appreciated!

I am 2 months pregnant on progesterone suppositories did not have much nausea earlier but now I have started to feel nauseous.Why is that? I am so confused!! And I really need help on this!! Well every ones telling me that I cannot become pregnant within 4 days before my expected period. Well i got my period 4 days after intercourse. A week or so after my period was over I had symptoms of pregnancy. Example... metallic taste, light cramps, bloatedness, irregular discharge (yellow, whitish), headaches, back aches (neck, and in the buttocks), sleepiness, sore breasts, darker nipples (they change), appetite changes for icecream, pizza, and other sweets. I even had a non-food craving for deoderant!! Even my emotions have changed. like i have no control over them what-so-ever. One minute I'll be happy and the next minute I'm yelling for small or no apparent reasons. Sometimes I freak my own self out. I'm so confused. The thing that confuses me is if Im pregnant why did I get my period 4 days after intercourse?? Could I still be pregnant even tho I got my period?? Or what??

ok I know this sounds really selfish, so please read on BEFORE ANSWERING!
I am 33 weeks, my baby measures at 49. have had a horrible pregnancy. I was in pre-term labour 5 weeks ago, but they manged to keep her in. I have now lost my show (today) and am having a slow leak in my waters i think, as my pad is very damp..
I cant handle being kept in hospital all time, as i have 2 others, and no one to look after them really. Mum is always working, and my partners family are usless!!I am so stressed out, to the point i have had thoughts/dreams of me literally cutting myself open to get the baby out.
She has had steriod shots, and the drs are expecting her any day now because of her size
Is there ANYWAY if its not the real thing this time, i can get them to induce me?
I am really scared that i am going to do something stupid to get this baby out and accidently harm our little Angel (or myself)
Oh And I called the hospital about me leaking, and the show and they want me to come today

ok so i just read that if you have grey tissue and you breast aren't tender and your morning sickness subsides, that your going to miscarry. thing is i still have backaches and everything, indigestion. i'm 9 weeks about with my second pregnancy. first one ended in a miscarriage. the tissue isn't grey though, it's white. i have no pain and no blood. i was just wondering if anyone else went through this? i have occasional mild cramps and mild sharp pains but none since. i've been sleeping great! lol! i do work at a food place and i stay away from bleach and carrying heavy things but i'm still worried.
