Pregnancy - March 2007

I'm currently using the depo provera injection and have been for the past 9 months since meeting my boyfriend. Due to this I have no periods. I know that the injection is 99.7% effective but I have the strangest feeling that I am pregnant and several symptoms as well (weight gain, fatigue etc). I know that these symptoms can be a result of the injection and other things but I just can't get rid of the feeling. After justifying to myself all the reasons why I can't be pregnant I have finally decided to take a pregnancy test this evening. My question is should I tell him I'm taking a test? Or should I wait until I've taken it so we can find out together? Or even just wait to find out myself and then tell him if I am or not? I don't want to cause him worry if everything is fine but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to take a test on my own. I'm just so confused by it all. Obviously if I am pregnant I'll tell my boyfriend, I love him very much and I would never keep such a thing from him.

I just took a pregnancy test and as soon as i peed on it a dark blue line appeared in the result window and in the control window meaning the test did work but the thing is that a faint line appeared vertically also in the result window. In the instructions it said that it doesnt matter how faint or dark the lines can be but u could still be pregnant. Im goint to take another test just to make sure but i want to see if anybody else has had this happen to them. I wanna be excited but i dont want to get my hopes up high. If anybody can respond to me i would truly appreciate it thanks.

First, my period been wierder than january. It came out brown instead of red until the end of my period. It was lighter than before, too. Ever since before my period. My nipples have stayed blossomed. Usually when I'm off my period they return to normal size. I've also cramped a little during the 28 days. Could this be something else?

so i know everyone says walking speeds things up but is walking up hills and down hills better then just walking normal does it help more? any help would be appreciated thx

I had a pretty bad infection about 3 weeks ago. The headaches went away, but I've still had lots of mucus in my nose and throat (sorry!). Yesterday the pain returned, and I need some relief to deal with my 22 month old!
My doctor told me to drink fluids and take Tylenol Cold and Sinus, which hasn't really helped. I am in my 17th week of pregnancy with my second child. Any suggestions?

i started 12 weeks yesterday. i assumed that it was the last week of my third month. What To Expect When Expecting says 4 months start at 14 weeks? i thought it was 13.

I went to my ultrasound feeling good and excited, I left in tears and was so angry and had so many questions. They told me they couldn't find a heart beat and that the baby inside me was dead. I couldn't understand what happened I had already heard the strong little heart beat away. Was it something I did? I want to get pregnant again right away but I'm not sure if it's a good idea considering what just happened I couldn't bear the thought of it happening again.

am i almost going to deliver cause last 2 wed i was completely closed then came monday i progressed to 3 cm then past 2 days ago i started losing my mucous plug and im getting very sore in my vaginal region barely coould walk and getting very little mild pains in my abdomen could this be it...please tell me how long it will take for me to go to the hospital? thanks

is ther anywhere that any one out there knows of that i can talk to and get help? i love my ex to bits and him leaving me anyway would have been hard enough as it was, but i'm 30 weeks pregnant and its just so much harder than normal. can hardly sleep, don't want to eat, stopped going out and i just don't want to fall into some kinda of depression more than i already have. i'm not after housing or benefit help, but some place to talk to that will understand what im going through. thanks

Obviously I didnt wait the recommended 6 weeks, and waited just barely four. I have not yet started a regular period cycle, so how do I know when to test? Is it possible that I could have concieved again so sooon?

I will specialize in Prenatal / Reproductive massage techniques. I will also teach child birthing classes/ Lamaze classes. I will be much like a birthing center but without actually giving birth. A place to go to be educated and pampered. Also will educate birthing coaches on how to help the mom through the labor/ like how to massage the mom to help relax her. I know there are some places like this but not many would you as a pregnant mother to be go to one or recommend a friend for a affordable price. What are you thought do you think I should include any other techniques as well.

How long after d&c:
1. did you bleed?
2. did you have pain/cramps?
3. until you got your first period?
4. until you tried to get/did get pregnant?
5. if pregnant again, was it successful?

after my first sex encounter ( about a month ago, 2 days before my period ended, with condom) i had been worried that i was pregnant, even started getting pregnancy symptoms and when my period was due my breast seem to had gotten bigger and my lower abdomen was hard/swollen , 4 days after i missed my period i went to the doctor and got a urine test it was negative, the next morning i got my period, but it seems like is not as heavy as its been before, the only thing i see that has changed is that my breast have gotten somewhat bigger, could i be pregnant or am i just stressing myself into a lighter than usual period?

i have started contractions at 9.15 last night and since then it came and went every half an hour after about 3 hours of this same routine it started getting shorter up to 15 minutes apart, i rang the labour ward to explain my setuation and they said i am in first starge of labour but because its my second baby i could go on like this for a couple of days. i went to bed eventually but could hardly sleep because the contractions continues right up to now while i am writing this but still at 15min apart not any stronger or any longer just the same. i have lost my mucus at the begining of the week and now i am physically exhausted! The midwifes wont do anything to help me along..

my question is has any one been through the same experinece? If so, how long after did you notice ur contractions getting closer and stronger? Can i also state that i am 40 weeks prego with my second!

i had my lst mnstration lst jan.14 ,, i missed my period this feb. thats why i decided to takea PT and it showed pstive..I went to the hsptal lst march 2 and the dctor said that i am 3 weeks prgnant..but my lower stomach is so big for 3wks!!! some pipol said that maybe the dctor made a mistake..please help me!!
