I couldn't understand what happened I had already heard the strong little heart beat away. Was it something I did? I want to get pregnant again right away but I'm not sure if it's a good idea considering what just happened I couldn't bear the thought of it happening again.

First off I am so sorry I know how your feeling I went thru the same thing in Aug of '06 but apperently I got pregnant 15 days after miscarring but never knew till I was 9 weeks along when I found out I was petrified of losing this baby so tried to do as little as possible till the risk factors were lower I even just recently started buying baby things I was so scared. But it was nothing you did wrong sometimes the body aborts the baby due to problems with the baby that your body detected or that it just wasnt time for your body to carry I would say allow yourself a little time to heal from your loss then try again if it is what you truely want, alot of women miscarry and go onto have a strong healthy baby..Good Luck and I hope you end up getting what you want. I had a miscarriage Feb. 8, 2006. Then I had one normal period, and got preg. after that. I had a healthy baby boy on Dec. 15, 2006. It is very possible to get preg. and have a healthy baby after a miscarriage. The doctors say you should wait 6 mos. to a year, but I did my own research and you are most fertile the firt 3 mos. after a miscarriage. Many women have miscarriages and if there was a way to predict if it was going to happen or not, doctors would know, and do something to stop it.
