Some fun ones:
Buy little plastic babies and freeze them in ice cubes- first melted ice cube wins
Taste and guess the flavors of baby food
Guess the inches around the future mom's belly
Pins with ribbons on everyone, every time someone says "baby" they have to give their pin to the person who caught them saying it, most pins win
Who can drink the fastest out of a baby bottle
fold up small pieces of fabric like mini diapers. Melt chocolate in one of them. Put them all in a basket and people choose one. When everyone opens the diapers to check them, the one with the "dirty" diaper wins!

One fun one that comes to mind is the baby shower version of the price is right. The host buys various baby items and writes the prices down. She then holds them up for the guests to guess how much each item costs. If someone guesses the correct price, they get a prize. Good part is that the Mommy gets to keep all of the items. :)

There is one where you melt 6 or 7 different chocolate candy bars (in seperater containers)...then put the melted bar in the middle of a disposable diaper. You number the diapers and at the shower you pass them around to everyone. Everyone has a paper numbered 1 to 7 (or however many diapers you have) and they try to guess what candybar has been melted in each diaper. The person who guesses the most correctly wins. I know it sounds kinda gross....but it's really a lot of fun as everyone tries to guess.....'Is this a Snickers?...no lookes kinda like a Hershey...' Just remember..as you melt the chocolate to be put into the diaper...keep track of what candybar is in which diaper. :)

(1)Put one large word or several words together. The one with the most words (using no foreign words or phrases or abbreviations) wins a coupon to (you pick the place). For example: Merry Christmas OR Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
(2) Guess the arrival date and weight. Each person gets as many tries as they want, $1.00 per guess. The money goes in small, indivdiual boxes, pre-wrapped and prepared for the purpose. It would be like a prenatal Christmas for the mother-to-be.
