after my first sex encounter ( about a month ago, 2 days before my period ended, with condom) i had been worried that i was pregnant, even started getting pregnancy symptoms and when my period was due my breast seem to had gotten bigger and my lower abdomen was hard/swollen , 4 days after i missed my period i went to the doctor and got a urine test it was negative, the next morning i got my period, but it seems like is not as heavy as its been before, the only thing i see that has changed is that my breast have gotten somewhat bigger, could i be pregnant or am i just stressing myself into a lighter than usual period?

Your worrying about nothing... your lighter period is probably due to stress and your breasts can swell before your period. Depending on your age they may just be changing too. But the best judge on whether you breasts are bigger is your bra.... does it still fit? If so then it's all in your head!
FYI you don't ovulate during your period, this generally happens around 14 days later!

You're stressing and worrying for nothing. Lighter periods are completely normal. And being lighter could be related to stress. And the pregnancy 'signs' are probably in your head caused by worry too.

your breasts tend to swell and get extra sensitive around the time of your period, and now you have had sex they will be more sensitive than they have ever been before, also your period could be lighter than normal but that is normal depends on diet and exercise as well

Is every one these days ignorant aobut sex and reproduction.

So many questions about it and they tell me these younger people know more about such things than we old timers ever did.

That sure is not true at all. We had esxtensive classes about sex and everything that goes with it.

Ask your mother questions. Even your father if you can.
