I CONSTANTLY had sinus infections when I was pregnant. My OB prescribed me an antibiotic (Z-pack) and it worked great. It is supposed to be safe to take when you are pregnant. Other than that, using some sailne drops will help to thin the mucus...good luck!!

Vick's vaporub its in a little blue jar about 4 or 5 dollars at the store. Make sure you put it under neath your nostrils so you breath it in try to keep it on there for a while. I had bad sinus infection with my son last year and that is the only thing that really worked and I still use it.

Warm salt water up the nose.... several times a day. It'll assist with clearing out and drying up the sinus cavities.
Inquire with your doctor if you are able to take a product such as Mucinex. If so, it will assist with losening anything in those sinus cavities so it'll flush out.
You want to keep your sinus clean and flushed or you'll end up with bacteria and fungus growing inside them and you'll be right back on the antibiotics.
There is a nasal spray sold in the pharmacy that will kill bacteria and fungus in the nasal and sinus cavity. Go get it and use it AFTER you consult your doctor of it's safety during your pregnancy.
Keep your nose blown... Do NOT sniff it back up in there or you're just keeping them impacted.
Good luck...

A Lymph Drainage massage by a professional massage therapist can really help with lingering sinus infection symptoms. And it does not harm to the baby; if anything, it helps the mother to relax and is GOOD for the baby.
If you use the advance search option here, you can find a therapist in your area who does lymphatic drainage. http://www.amtamassage.org/findamassage/locator3_new.html
Being sick when you're pregnant is the worst. I feel for you.

For sinus pressure, I would say, try hot and cold compresses. Get a washcloth and get it wet with water as hot as you can stand it, place that over your nose for 10 minutes, then get it wet with cold water, and do the same. Continue this process for 20 minutes.

Try steam. Put boiling water in a bowl. Drop a bit of menthalatyme(sp) or a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil in the water. Put towel over your head, bend over the bowl and breathe in the steam. Careful not too get too close to the water. That should help to loosen you up.

I use a homeopathic nasal spray called Similasan. It has no drugs and isn't habit-forming. It is so gentle that toddlers can use it. I got it at my local pharmacy and it works for me. You can also use as needed.
