Pregnancy - March 2007

This is my first pregnancy, im 27 weeks and i feel tired ALL the time! I have no energy, im feeling really dizzy today. Baby is fine and moving all the time. Just wondered if anyone else feels like this alot.

I was in shock. Here was this no more than 4'10 girl, very small and her stomach was very noticeable. She was talking saying she was 7 months along but then she was argueing with her mom telling her that she better buy her a new ipod.
Clearly i don't think this girl is ready to have a kid when she is one herself. Her mom seemed like she was more concerned about the whole doctor's visit than the girl.

Why would any mother allow this to take place and why are 13 year old's pregnant? I didn't even have sex until my wedding night which was when i was 22 years old, now 24 pregnant with my first baby.
I am at a loss of words about this, tell me what you think?

I'm 32weeks tomorrow and it seems like the days dont go by.
It's my last working day tomorrow.
I feel like i've been pregnant forever and I just want to get over & done with it all
I'm tired of being knackered 24/7

Does anyone else feel like this?

i just got up not to long ago because i was having bad acied reflux and i threw up a few times. i had mild acid refleux through out my preg but now its really bad could this be a sing that i am going into labor soon.

My baby was due March 2nd. The doctors have scheduled me to be induced on Monday. This is my first pregnancy and I've heard that labor induction can be painful. I'm getting freaked out and also I was wondering what are the steps they take at a hospital to do this and when would they give me an epidural if I chose to have one. What are the chances of you having a contraction when they administer the epidural?

Hello there, I recently asked a question about me, I took the morn.after pill 30hrs after the 72hr end mark so was late in taking, plus I am on a herbal anti-depressant 'Rhodiola Rosea' and I know 'St Johns Wort' can stop the 'morn after pill' from working so this cud b the same wit this herbal drug, plus i was at my most fertile time when incident with bf of 2yrs happened, i got replies saying the 'morn after pill' may prob.not work, I am due on a period in 9days, when is it best for me to take a test, or shud i just wait till my period is due-it stressing me, but i know stress won't help the matter! PS.Can i reply to replies aswell???

i still haven't had my period but took a test last week which was negative. I took the m.a pill in January and had a light period the week after which didn't last very long. Am i worrying for no reason?!!

Brushing your teeth?
my morning sickness has gotten a lot better but i trigger my gag reflex everytime i brush!!!!!

its very annoying any tips? it happens especially when i brush my tongue but i have to brush my tongue, thats where the nasty taste is coming from!

When i was pregnant with my daughter a few years ago,,you had to stay in with your first baby for 10 days,now they want you out in 6 hours-my daughter is pregnant and they now say from the first of April you have to take everything in yourself-nothing is provided at all.milk-bottles-anything at all to do with the baby.My daughter asked if breast feeding didnt work then what would you do-the reply was you will have to wait for someone to bring it in-what are your views on this

I live in a remote location and am faced with the decision of which hospital to go to to give birth to my first. I have visited both and know the stadard of care is excellent in both but the environments and what they offer are very different. One is an inner city hospital, very busy, large cramped wards, a bit scruffy like a production line, like a hospital on a TV show.
The other is a midwife run unit - very home like environment, igh degree of personal care, lovely home like labour units with corner baths and all the support for a more natural labour on hand. It is next to a big teaching hospital so if there are any problems they can just transfer you. The only thing is they don't offer epidurals in the Midwife unit!!! I really like the unit and would feel relaxed there but am not sure about the thought of not being able to have an epidural.

Help! Advice please from people who have been to both types of place or labour.

had first ultrasound yesterday and embyro looks small but in regards to my opk i ovulated 19th day of cycle so that makes me 5 weeks something. doctor happier with those dates. couldnt be sure of a faint heartbeat but has given me cyclogest and wants me to go back in a week. should i worry??
