Hi there,
Being pregnant is tiring work lol Its is bound to take is tole on you and your body. I'm not sure about feeling dizzy though, If you carry on feeling dizzy i would go to your doctor just to be sure everything is OK? Not just with your baby but with you. I may be your sugar levels or something like that but better safe than sorry :D It will all be worth it in the end.
Hope everything goes OK and you have a lovely beautiful baby :D

I'm 27 weeks as well and a recent blood test confirmed that I was grossly anemic. I had to get on iron supplements to combat that and change my diet a bit. I was tired constantly and dizzy at times, so I suggest you bring this up with your doctor and get some blood work done. If you are anemic when you give birth, it will take you much longer to recover and you will be even more exhausted afterwards..especially with a baby to care for. Good luck!

Wel in not pregnant but had my second baby 9 1/2 months ago. I felt really tired this time round, and always had dizzy spells. So much so that i once had to ring my b/f and ask him to come and get me from town as i was scared i would collapse. I had it happen quite often and was told that it could be my blood pressure going DOWN and can cause this to happen. Take it easy and make sure you keep a mobile on you at all times. I used to know when it was going to happen and had to sit down and sip water and put my feet up. It would soon go away. Congrats.

It can be normal to feel quite tired during pregnancy - i know i did and trust me get all the sleep you can now before the baby arrives!!
I also experienced a bit of dizziness especially if I got up too quick or did too much. If your really worried about it though I'd advise to contact your midwife who'll know more. x x

Im not preg............but trying to be!!
My sister felt dizzy alot especially when she was 27 weeks, she nealry passed out at when we was shoping once.
Tiredness is always there too.
Just try and relax more, and if you can sleep, sleep, its the baby taking your energy to grow!
Just think your going to have a few more years of this lo! But its worth the sleepless nights.
If your worries just go and see your gp, thats what they get paid for. x

don't worry it is normal, especially at first stage 2 feel tired, weakness, dezzy and Morning sickness. If you're lucky, morning sickness won't hit you until a few weeks after conception. (A lucky few escape it altogether.) But as early as a couple of days following conception, you may begin feeling nauseated and queasy. And not just in the morning, either -- pregnancy-related nausea can be a problem morning, noon, or night.
so be cool

I found I got really tired at around this stage of pregnancy. It improved not long after though and I am 33 weeks now and have quite a lot of energy.
Just listen to your body and take it easy.
