Also, your digestion gets sluggish in early pregnancy, so the pains could be gas or constipation...if you think that's a possiblilty, try taking a walk each evening after dinner, and that will get things moving.

I've noticed alot of women get pains in the beginning of their pregnancys.
It seems common but could be worrisome. I think you should ask your doctor just to be safe.

i had the same thing. dr said its just my uterus growing. im 18 weeks. i stopped feeling those sharpish/period pains around 6 weeks or so. they just came back about 6 days ago. they stuck around for two days and left again. ur just growing. call ur dr if ur worried

it can be... your body is changing... I went to the ER like every other day because of pains like that and everytime i did, it was because of your uterus moving and getting bigger... you are probably ok as long as you are bleeding... I would let your OB know though.

I've had it with all my pregnancies & they've all been normal.
