for headaches try taking tylenol and a hot shower (always made mine feel better) If the headaches persist then you may want to get your eyes checked or it could be your prenatal vitamins.
for tiredness try eating small, frequent meals and taking vitamins your prenatal vitamins.
for the metal taste try a lemon wedge or eating cherries (any kind of citrus fruit). That helps with the nausea also.
I have 3 kids and my last pregnancy was the only one I had that made me feel tired, nauseated, headaches, restless, and I got dehydrated. Good luck...

Everything but the headaches sounds normal. You can only take certain medicine but most docs agree on Tylenol. Good Luck
