Any moms first time moms out there have any advice on things they wished they'd done while pregnant to celebrate or remember this special time? For example I want to do a belly cast, anyone have any other ideas? It flies by so fast, I dont know where the time went.

Im just afraid of not being able to move my legs and all the effects afterwards. Have you had one? I only wan to hear of the women who have actually HAD one, I don't care for the people who just go by what they think will happen. Thanks.

Please tell me what you liked and did not like about it.

I will be 38 weeks this week. Thursday night and all day Friday, I has major diahaira(sp?)and then on Saturday, I was nausauted all day. I think I only vomited once but, still. Then Sunday I cleaned ALL day and I think my house still isn't clean. hehe. I was just wondering because my mom and everyone keeps saying "it's getting close" but, I want to know if diahaira and being nausauted and actually cleaning means that? What about some of you? I am due in 2 weeks.. could I go early?

I was looking at this site about it and it told me that 30 % of women have problems after having an ectopic pregnancy of having a baby. I'm 20 now but some day want kids. Do u think that I still can? Do u know anyone who had an ectopic pregnancy and still had kids? I was only like a month pregnant when i had one. but they kept me in the hospital for 3 days b/c they had to remove half of my tube.

The nurses that induced my labor (pitocin drip) had me on a fetal monitor, but they left the room for hours at a time. Is this safe practice? I have heard other people say you should not be left alone when you are induced.

Hi,This is my 4th pregnancy (1 in miscarriage) 2 live births...Im currently 17 weeks and 1 day and have been noticing light flutters since about 12-13 weeks (they are very very infrequent) i didnt feel them the last couple days but felt them last night only 2-3 times. I dont remember when i felt them with my last pregnancies but was wondering when will the flutters start to get more regular and when will i be able to feel real little kicks? i just dont remember,,,thanks

I don't have a good idea when my last period actually was, only that when I start PMSing I am about to start my period soon. I didn't start, took a pregnancy test, and got a positive result. For a home pregnancy test to come out positive right away, how far along might I be at that point? (I can't remember the date of when my husband and I had unprotected sex either!)

My OB doctor just informed me that no matter what, they induce all patients at 39 weeks. They said there is no reason to let a woman go past 40 weeks because it's harded to deliver the baby. I'm also diabetic and we want to avoid a huge baby. But, is inducing a week before 40 weeks safe? I never heard of this before and my mom thought it was ridiculous they are doing this...have you heard of this before?

I am 27 weeks pregnant and I have a funny looking mole in my armpit that I am seeing a dermatologist about tomorrow. Is it safe to have this removed while pregnant. I told the office I was pregant and I assume they would have told me to wait till after the baby comes if it were dangerous.
Has anyone else had a mole removed while pregnant??

I will be 10 weeks pregnant this week and I am having so much trouble with smells. I don't know what I can do to help this. If I smell something, and it smells terrible to me I'm running to the bathroom to throw up. I really have not had any trouble with morning sickness except for nausea. So that is really the only thing that is making me sick. The worse smell I'm having a prob. with is my husband's German Shepard that stays in the house. He smells soooo bad to me. Even after he has had a bath. I told my husband I'd rather him be outside. He is a big dog. I think he should be anyway but I am soooo tired of being sick from smelling him. In fact I'm getting so sick of it I'm getting ready to tell him I'm going to stay at my mom's until he puts him outside. I don't know what to do.

Is there anything I can put under my nose that will keep me from being so sick from smells. Anyone that can help or give me so ideas of how to handle this I would appreciate it. Please help!

I'm 2cm dilated and 70% efface. Now it's hard to get out of bed, without feeling like my bottom half is going to break off, after I finally get out of bed, I hurt so bad I can barely walk across the floor.. This pressure is worse this morning, it hurts to walk PERIOD, I'm going to call the doctor but I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this..I seriously feel like I'm dragging my son across the floor.. please advice =)

I went for my first ultrasound today and they measured the embryo at 5-5.5 weeks instead of 7 and could not see a heartbeat for sure. What are the chances that my due date is wrong and the baby is ok? I do have a longer cycle than most people. More like 6 weeks than 4 weeks. Help! I'm so scared!

I admit it, I really don't want to be pregnant right now. I've had a busy life lately and started thinking, wait, I haven't had my period. I've felt bloaty and crampy for a couple of days, but this morning decided to test anyway, because we weren't exactly careful this month.

The results gave a very faint second pink line. I'ts been about two hours now, and that line is slightly darker.

I am freaking out. Should I tell my boyfriend yet? Should I go to the doctor today? Should I re-test tomorrow? Should I buy a different test and re-test tomorrow?
