i noticed i am very tired this morning even after a cup of coffee... im not having any signs my AF is on its way???? ive been very cranky too. not to mention i have been having some slight pains on my lower left side for over a week now. BUT NEG TEST??? what could this be??? im going to make a doc appt today< what do you think???? is there a chance i could still be prego??

I just discovered an hour ago that I am pregnant with our second child. Great - the only thing is, this time I'm 2 stone over weight. I really don't want to go through labour unfit and overweight (I was a perfect weight last time but had a hard labout). I was just about to join my local Slimmers World and buy and excerise bike. Would it still be ok for me to use the bike gently in front of the telly in the evenings (!) and could I still do Slimmers World if I was careful to include all food groups etc?

How do I find a lamaze class in my area? I'm completely clueless, do I just do a google search or look in the phonebook? Is this something that's offered through my doctor or hospital? Thanks!

My last drs appt (the 23rd) they told me I was 50% effaced, but not dialated any yet... then last night, I felt like I couldnt do enough in the babys room, and it felt like there was tons to do, like I packed her diaper bag w/ her coming home outfits, and diapers and stuff, and I got her carseat ready to be put in the car, I tried to get everything organized, and it still didnt feel like I was getting enough done... and her movements have been stronger...but a little less frequent. not like a bad "not so frequent" just not as much as she used to. could labor be soon? my online tracker told me that 80% of woman deliver between now and their due date... I just want to hear your opinions and see if you think I might be getting closer to labor... : ) thanks for the input!

How did YOU tell your boyfriend/husband you were pregnant when you weren't 'trying' to conceive?

My situation:
The pee test came up positive this morning, and I've had about three hours to get through the denial.

I really feel like I need to tell him there is a chance I am pregnant. I haven't been to the doctor and I have not re-tested, but I am a few days late and the test gave a faint pink line.

He is about 20 years older than me, and has joked (half joke, half serious) about not wanting to have babies. We always joke each month when I tell him, "It's official - you're not a daddy."

We have discussed marriage and his answer has been, now is not the best time. He is struggling with some bad past financial choices and is paying things off, but still has an unstable situation.

How do you think I should tell him? Should I tell him now, or wait until I've seen a doctor?

P.S. I'm sorry if this is a double post. It's been 20min and the question hasn't yet displayed.

I am pregnant at 37 weeks now and have a question about what kind of labor pain is worse, the abdominal/stomach pain, or the back pain? In Lamaze class, the only pain our instructor talked about was abdominal pain saying it starts out from the top of uterus or fundus and spreads lower and everywhere until the perineum and on the thighs as well too. She never mentioned back pain labor. What is worse and why?
Does having some soothing or religious music help in the room while the mom is in labor and delivery? Does it help to take the mind off the pain and breathe and listen to the music?

How can you tell if your baby is hiccuping or not? I was feeling something in my womb yesterday... it was really weird like a heart beat of the uterus like it was breathing? i know it wasn't the baby but what could this have been? contractions? it only lasted about a minute. help i am scared!!!

I have been having awful morning sickness that happend all day long and losing or not gaining any weight and very tired, because of my past history my doctor sees me every 2 weeks for now (but this last appt he wanted to wait 3 weeks, and that will be next wednesday, so...I am anxious) and I had several ultrasounds already, We saw our baby and heartbeat, so I am more confident that everything is going great......but at the same time I am little worry since my symptoms are almost gone, and sometimes I don't feel pregnant at all!! I am just having a little bump and I am still able to sleep on my tummy, should I stop now!! I don't want to keep doing it if is not good for my baby!! Please just need some feedback!!!!!!! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!

First of all, I am 7 days late and I am never late maybe like a day or a day early. Me and my boyfriend were having sex and his condom busted. He said he thought he may have went in me and I've kind of had a feeling that I may be pregnant. I know the obvious thing to do would be to get a pregnancy test. I am currently 14 weeks, I am quite sick right now, but Im worried because I was getting a few contractions, it worries me some lot!! And they were contractions, not the braxton hicks (Im pregnant with 2nd so knows the difference) anyways.. anyone here heard or know anything about this???

Last Thursday I was 2 cm dialted and 50 % effaced. On Saturday I started to lose my plud. I have felt miserable since last night. Just cramping and down right uncomfortable... I am praying he holds out until Thursday because my parents return from vacation and its their first. Any thoughts? Any advice what to do... Heating pad seems to help somewhat. thanks. (no, no contractions yet...just some on and off cramping. )

hey i need help!! i am due to have a baby boy. my boyfriends mother is or seems jealous. She will tell me onething and then go back and tell him something different he is in jail due to the fact that his mother was never there for him. i mean she lets her 16 year old drink every weekend. and she wont even go visit him at the jail without her new boyfriend. it sounds wrong that he is in there but he just went back and he was there for me for most of the pregnancy. i just am not sure what to do because she hasnt helped me through any of the pregnancy until recently. my own grandmother has been there for me more the my boyfriends mother!!!anyways... she wants to be at the hospital when i have the baby but im not ok with that. she also thinks that shes gonna be at my house everyday visiting the baby and i dont want that... i mean for god sakes her new bf wanted to bring a video camera to the hospital! how nasty... i was able to put my foot down about that. but what do i do about her?

I missed a pill on Feb. 4 and took that dose with Feb. 5th's dose late in the evening on Feb. 5th. (Usually take pills by 8am). I had sex on Feb. 11. Began taking antibiotics on Feb 14th. I am having mild nagging headaches and pelvic cramps. Breasts are sensitive, sore, and sometimes have sharp pains. I am not on the antibiotic anymore. Could I be pregnant?

I had 2 miscarraiges last year. It was discovered that I had a uterine septum which meant that there was a wall dividing my uterus. I had it removed in Sept. In Nov I had another miscarraige. Now I am having trouble getting pregnant. I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has had a septum removed and has gone on to have a baby.

hey i need help!! i am due to have a baby boy. my boyfriends mother is or seems jealous. he is in jail right now and im living at home. im only 17!! anyways his mother has never been there for me throughout the pregnancy. i asked her to not show up at the hospital and she disagreed! she finally last week tried to help me out with a few things i needed for the baby but i think that she only did it because she knows i dont want her at the hospital and thats her way of trying to get it so i will agree to her being there... what am i to do? how do i handle this! i really dont need the stress from her. she also seems to think that after i have the baby shes going to be over to my house everyday visiting. i want to tell her no but how do i do it without hurting my boyfrined?
