After having seven children, and innumerable ultrasounds, i can assure you that the earliest even a GOOD technician could find sex organs would be 17 weeks. If you could take the baby out and look at it, you could tell at 15 weeks. Most technicians are confident between 18 and 20 weeks. If you wait TOO long, then the baby is so large and bundled that it's difficult to tell every time.

At 15 weeks you may be able to find out the sex of your baby , since external genitals are developed enough that the technician can probably tell the difference between boy and girl.

I think they can tell a 15 week olds sex sometimes with an ultra sound. It would depend on the position of the fetus.

It's possible, but not always accurate. Usually the best time is 20 weeks and up! Good Luck :-)

Unlikely, they say earliest you can tell is about 16 weeks, most people don't try until about 20 weeks.

Hey, usually around 16 weeks is best to be able to tell, though sometimes it is possible to find out earlier, and sometimes may need to be a little later on to find out.
