How do I find a lamaze class in my area? I'm completely clueless, do I just do a google search or look in the phonebook? Is this something that's offered through my doctor or hospital? Thanks!

Your doctor or hospital should be able to put you in touch with some classes. My doctor gave me a pamphlet, and my hospital's website had info on classes they offer. Also, you can look into buying/renting DVD's. I know Amazon.com sells some.

I would ask the dr. about it they would be able to tell you where to go. Where we live it was offered through the hospital.(South Carolina)

Your doctor should know a bunch. Honestly, it's a waste of time and money. Good luck though!!
