i had my last period on the 15th of dec, i have looked at pregnancy calculators on the net some say i am 4 weeks and 2 days and some say i am 6 weeks 5 days i dont get it help!!!

My girl started her period and she thought that she might be pregnant. So my question is can you be pregnant and still have your period and if so then will a home pregnancy test show up positive if she was to take one, while being on her period? I mean will her being on her period affect the results if she is, and will it say negitive even though she is, because of the period? So Confused!!!

I have a baby who is now 11 weeks old. I went to my 6 week check up and was told everything was fine and got put on birth control again. I have been taking it religiously but this morning when I woke up I spotted light pink and then the next time I went it was a brownish color. I was wondering if this is just some break through bleeding because my period and hormones are trying to get back on track or if it is implantation bleeding. I had my period exactly two and a half weeks ago. Birth control is all I am using. Yes I am married, no its not a big deal if I am pregnant again, yes I am calling the doc. on monday to talk to them about it. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else after having a baby and getting back on birth control. I am using Ortho Tricyclin Lo. I am having some symptoms but not many..I didnt have any whatsoever with my son at first. I never had implantation bleeding with him either..that is another reason I am wondering. Any help will be great!

on the day of my expected period i took a test and it was neg, now im 1 week late and thinking about doing another one! im not stressed about being pregnant but now that i think about it i may be uppset because my b/f wants me to get rid of it if i am (which i dont agree on seeing how we both knew it could happen and this is our faults) .. if i tested now would it come back postive if i am? what are the chances of me being pregnant?

we had unprotected sex often, also my left breast is tender, peeing often, cant sleep all night but will sleep all day and be tired a few hours after wakeing up, sensitive to smells and a few more

I am extremely bloated and tired a lot.....i don't even want to get out of bed in the morning. I have unprotected sex on December 17th, my period started on December 3rd. Since then I have had a couple of very weird, irregular periods, two in one month.....very weird.....could i be? Should I get a blood test?

I said something like, "yah well you never really know when you are going to have a baby, ya know" And he said no he didnt and I said "well what if I got pregnant?" (were sexually active- so it IS a possibility, ya know) And he said "well im not having a baby if Im not ready, you would put it up for adoption" and I said "well what if I wanted to keep it" and he said "than i would leave" and I said he would be a deadbeat dad? And he said ya and that hed sue me so I wouldnt be able to keep the child because he wouldnt be ready and wouldnt support him/her/or me. This was really disturbing and totally not like him, hes usually so nice and caring and talks about having kids with me all the time. If hes not ready hes not having it? This really disturbed me! I cant stop thinking about it/

My friend is due in march. I told her a long time ago that I would give her a baby shower (she has another baby but has never had a baby shower) Well, I recently had a miscarriage and I don't want to look at anything with babies on it let alone plan a shower. Cancelling is not an option for me but I need to know how to cope with planning and attending a baby shower without losing it or making her feel uncomfortable, because this should still be a wonderful experience for her.

i'm 39 weeks pregnant and i was wondering if anyone can tell me why my hips hurt so much they feel as if they need to be popped sometimes the baby is sitting on a nerve too could this be that the baby is coming soon or she's getting too big although i'm not having any true contractions and my due date is 2moro i need some advice

I recently had a miscarriage and I feel like I can be all smiles in public to try to "convince" people I'm OK but I feel like I'm on the verge of tears all the time. I am angry, sad, and heartbroken all at the same time. I don't know how to go back to the person I was before this all happened. I don't know what to do with myself. My friend is pregnant and I find myself resenting her when she talks about her baby moving. I do not want to be that type of person. So for any of u who have had a similar experience can you tell me what you did to cope after a miscarriage? Also, when were u ready to start trying again?

I shave my armpits and the skin around it keeps getting darker and it keeps spreading like i have a bruise im very very fair skinned... im korean and white and i never had this problem before until i got into my last trimester of pregnancy and i cant bleach my armpits because of the chemicals and i tryed not shavin but it didnt do anything better and lotion didnt help.... is this normal? i asked my doctor and she said she didnt know why it was happeneing... has this happened to anyone or does anyone know what i can do to make this embarrassment go away?

Okay so I was at my nephews 1 year b-day party today and there was this lady who was two days past her due date...she told me that her doctor told her to have a lot of sex and that would induce labor. What are the chances of sex inducing labor? I'm just not a firm believer of these natural induction techniques.

i went to the doctor last week and had my blood test done. my iron level is sitting on 30 (supposed to be between 11 - 29) but my doctor is still insisting that i take iron tablets. i take a tablet called FGF it helps in the provention and treatment of iron and folate deficientcy. along with it a vitiman c tablet (both taken once a day)

do you think i should take them, even though my iron is up already?

has any one ever herd of this tablet and been on it?
what was your experience?

OK, I am now 3 days late on my period....I took two pregnancy test and they both came up negative.....Now i am having little cramping and light bleeding .....is there still a chance that i could be pregnant???? i'm having a baby probably with in the next few days although my due date is tomarro i was wondering if anyone that has had a kid tell me how do you push? i have had people tell me like your taking a poop but then i have prople tell me that's the wrong way i'm scared of the pushing can someone please tell me?

I am 6w4d pregnant and earlier I had a weird sharp pain very very low in my abdomen. it was just once and it was short. it wasn't all that painful, but enough to make me stop what I was doing and go wtf? I know its probably nothing and I plan on mentioning it to the doctor. I just wanted to know if anyone had anything similar early in their pregnancy?

well i am 6 weeks today and i dont have morning sickness or anything like that, i have breast tenderness and for the past week i have found it extreamly hard to fall or get to sleep.

i go to bed at 9:30pm and i stay awake until 1:30am then fall asleep until 6:30am - 7am then im awake for the rest of the day.

is there any sleep techniques that helped you if you have/had the same problem that i can use?

i am tried most of the day and it makes me feel like crap... but if i have a snooze (which i do in the afternoon sometimes) it makes me stay awake longer...

PLESAE HELP...

I am 36 weeks pregnant and have been having contractions for three weeks now. The doctors have stopped my labor three times now and I was on meds and bedrest. Now that I don't have to take the pills to stop my contractions and am allowed to get out of bed I am not dilating anymore and contractions aren't doing anything. The doctor said it is safe for me to try at home induction methods but I didn't think to ask for details because I already knew about a few from my last pregnancy. Can you please tell me some methods that work!!

I wondering if anyone has ever experienced a bump under there c-section scar. Its like a lump. The doctors say its anything from scar tissue to sebacous syst to hardened blood. Well I found it a few months ago, and the DR. said he will take it out when I have my next C-section (I'm not pregnat yet) . But now its sort of tender...like if my underwear is rubbing onit or I bump into the counter. SO now I am going to a surgan to talk about getting it removed. Is that an easy procedure? Also. Has anyone experienced this? I worry a lot. Too much, and even though I have been reassured, I worry its cancer. So I just want it taken out. Thank you in advance.
