Just call and tell them the truth. They are usually pretty understanding about things, and if they give you a hard time, tell them that you aren't canceling for fun, and if they aren't nice to you, you won't reschedule with them. Being honest is always the best thing in this situation. They may keep your deposit amount, but for health problems, they sometimes will overlook it. Good luck and I hope things work out for you!!! Feel better, and take it easy!!

Yes. Tell them the truth. You may not be able to get out of your contract, but if they find another renter for that time you will need to give them as much notice as possible. It might also help to have a notice from your doctor.

Tell them the real reason why. Be prepared to fax them a doctor's notice, but above all else, expect to be charged a cancellation fee.

Unfortunately, them's the breaks.

The truth would work best.

Hope all works out for you!
