You want to go to the doctors and get a blood test done then because I am 15 weeks pregnant with my second child and I took an at home test (First Response) the day after I missed my period and it came out positive. Your body may not be making enough of the HGC hormone that the tests detect causing them to give a false nevitive. A blood test will tell you for sure if you are or not and if you are not then you may want to talk to the doctor to find out why your not having a period. Good Luck!

I wasn't. Or I was. I don't know, it was weird, I had my period on the 9th of december, and then I started bleeding on the 26th (which I guess was implantation, but it was wayyyyyyyyyyy heavier than I thought that would be, as bad as a normal period), then I found out I was pregnant on the 19th. Even if that thing on the 26th had been a period, it's late now. lol. But I think I was pregnant before that. At 22 days, if all your tests are saying no, try a different brand, and go see your doctor. It could be for another reason, or the baby may not be producing enough hcg. Good luck.

I was a day late with all three of my pregnancies. I took a pregnancy test each time and it came up positive. If you have taken a pregnancy test and have had a negative reading and you are still 22 days late, girl, you need to go see your doctor just to rule out any possible problems. Stress could also have an effect on your period.

I was 1 week late when I tested (positive), but I suspected pregnancy the morning I was supposed to start my period, because I had, had a dream that night that I was pregnant.
My husband just though I was stressing myself out, and that was why my period hadn't come. I took the test more to confirm his suspicions than mine. But I was pregnant.
If your period is really 22 days late, and you have no proof of possible pregnancy you should go to a doctor! There could be more serious things wrong, or you may just be stressing yourself out & delaying your period…or you bought a bunch of bum tests & you really are pregnant. Either way get to the Doc!!! Good luck!

I took a test a day before my missed period and it was positive. If you are 22 days late then I would call your doctor and see what is going on- a test should give you accurate results by now.

I have never been regular so i hardly missed it, so as incredible as it may seem I was already 3 1/2 months pregnant when I found out, true story. I didn't have the normal symptoms like nausea or dizziness, etc. so i never figured that i could be pregnant. I even thought that i couldn't i had been with my bf for so long. I finally took a test and it came out positive in like less than 5 seconds.

My period wasn't late, came and went like clock work through my 10th week. I figured something was "funny" when everytime I put a cigarette in my mouth (I smoked then) I would gag.
