Pregnancy - November 2006

Is this the baby or is this just something that happens later in pregnancy. It hurts real bad when I stand up but I have to sit all day at my job.

Hi. me and my boyfriend like to have a LOT of sex and he always used a condom and I always take my pill. But I know that there are chances that both can fail. I've been having a brown spotting instead of a regular period and my boobs have being hurting. Could I be pregnant?

My son if 5 years old and I took birth control pills for about 4 years, I havent for about a year and still nothing. Recently The doctor told me a had a small (tiny) funtional cyst the ones that go away by themselfs. Please help my husband and I want a baby so much. We have been happily married for 6 1/2 years now.

Her daughter is only three months old and she calls her a "nuisance" and parenting a "disappointment." She really has had it rough but I'm very concerned about her. I'm pretty sure she has post-partum but I do not want to offend her. She's showing signs of resentment--etc... Even if she doesn't have post-partum I really think something is wrong with the picture.

Any advice or suggestions would be great!

I am 28 weeks pregnant and so achy and sore in my lower abdomen.It usually lasts all day.My lower back is also really having a dull ache-also almost all day.Anyone else having these same things?

Just a couple more facts maybe could help me more?? She has given me a due date of the 20th of june 07.
Has had a scan already so couldnt go to that, she wont let me see any doctors notes ect..........
Yes i didnt use a condom, regrettably but wont shun my responsibilitys as a dad if it is mine.
Is there a way of legally making her do a dna test????? as she is saying she doesnt have to prove anything to me as she knows it is mine, she is adament herself but wont let me into any facts ect......... and says a dna test does not have to be done as SHE KNOWS IT MINE!!!
Surely i have some rights to see doctors notes ect... and dna testing?????????????

I did a pregnancy test for the past three days and i got a faint positive...today if i wouldnt of been preggo i would get my period...i feel very very slight cramps is it normal...i should be pregnant...please help thnks

About a month ago I stopped taking the pill. I still haven't recieved my period. The deal is that when I first started taking the Pill I accidently lost one of them. So for future uses I had to also take an extra pill-(ex: If I was at my last week for the Pill, I would have to take a pill from a new pack to make up for the lost one). So naturally, my last pill was on Monday but I didn't have anymore packs to take the Monday pill from. But, I hadn't had sex for a few days prior. So, is it a possbility?

If a woman is 4 weeks pregnant, does that mean its been 4 weeks from her ovulation/conception date or 4 weeks since the first day of her last period?

If I am 12 weeks pregnant, then that means I had my period 12 weeks ago, right? My friend is saying she is 4 weeks along and she is counting from her conception date.

How does it work?

My fiancee has been very very moody like when she was pregnant. But when she has her periods she dont act like that. Also the other day she told me she hasnt started her montly cycle and i asked her is she pregnant she told me no but she has been feelling really tired and her breast hurt sorta. But when we have sex we use a condom but before I put the condom on i usly stick it in a couple of times. On top of all that her mucus is very slimmy like an egg why is that could that mean pregnancy. If you can help this poor guy out with this women stuff . thanks.

My doc wrote me a perscription for procardia Cap 10 MG, because I was having some contractions. I'm 33 wks pregnant. He said it would completely stop any contractions I were having. However when I got the perscription filled it only said that it was used for chest pains.
I was a bit bothered by that since I don't have any chest pains and I was wondering if any of you have had this prescribed to you for stopping contrations. I didn't particularly like the side effects either.
I got the generic brand: Nifedipine Cap 10MG

after I had my abortion (due to health problems) I felt relieved. Now it's 8 months later and now I start feeling depressed and it's tearing me up inside.

I met a girl on the 23rd of september this year. We went out for a couple of weeks, we had intercourse on the 15th of october and the 19th. She told me she was on the contraceptive pill. (cant be sure and we didnt use a condom) Around the 23rd of october i realised she had not had a period since we met. When i asked her she said she was due on the 18th of oct. Asked her to do a test and she refused , which caused lots of arguements , which in turn caused us to break up. Last week she phoned me to say she was 10 weeks pregnant, i am in turmoil , the dates dont add up . She has told me she had a period from the 13th to the 17th of september and has not had one since?
I am so confused as to wether it is mine? Can it possibly be mine?

My husband and I are TTC. I test for ovulation once in the morning and once at night.

I tested several days ago and my ovulation predictor test was positive. The instructions said I should have sex 24 hours after getting a positive, but before 48 hours.

We had sex 15 hours after getting a positive and didn’t get to have sex again until two days after ovulation, which was too late for conception.

I pretty much had sex a day before ovulation. I wasn’t sure if my chances of conceiving are lower since I didn’t have sex on my actual ovulation day.

Are my chances of conceiving still high?
