I'm a first time mommy,i'm a little over 2 months pregnant and im getting alot of acne on my chest and back does anybody know what it means or if its normal?

Sorry, totally normal, usually clears up later in the pregnancy or after baby is born.

Its very common, Due to the hormone changes that the body expireces, High Hcg, you will be expirencing acne some get it as bad as when they were a teenager and some will only get it mildly. I know its annoying though I got the same thing and I just found a routine to get rid of my acne and its coming back now that Im pregnant.

Yuppers it's totally normal! I get acne bad occasionally anyway, but after I got pregnant it got worse. I just invested in the cheaper version of ProActive I think it's called Acne Clear? But this helps keep my breakouts under control although it doesn't get rid of them altogether. (It really brought the number of breakouts down as well as the level of them too)

im not sure what it means but it is normal as far as i know. IT's your hormones. I too am a first time mom and in my first trimester i was breaking out everywhere, chest, a few on my back, and my face... this totally sucked because i have always had perfect skin. Chalk it up as one of the joys of pregnancy :) Best of luck.

totally normal sweetie it is just a reaction your body is having to the increase in hormones usually it gets better but sometimes it gets far worse i had the same problem when i was pregnant and my friend had it as well but hers stayed with her through her whole pregnancy at one point in time her whole back was nothing but acne it was kinda gross but oh the sacrifices us women take to have children lol but it is totally worth it

i have it as well, and yes i know it sucks! but you cant use hardly any acne medications as they have harmful ingredients to baby. just try using a cleanser a lot more ( 2 a day) and an ultr lightweigt moisterizer....i have one w/o sunscreen cuz if you use one with sunscreen that clogs your pores more (my foundation has spf 15 to make up for it)
I also heard it means your having a girl....which i am

my sister got this with her second child its your hormones and will go away, ask your doc if there is something you can do in the mean time. my sis's first baby was a girl, the second when she got the acne was a boy, she swore it was the male/female hormones fighting with each other....theres no proof to that of course.

acne, or as they call it breaking out during pregancy is normal its just the increase in the hormones in your system that are causing you to produce more secrection in the skin which causes the acne..
its totally normal. is been even listen as one of the signs of many signs of pregnancy..

Its absolutly normal, its due to all the horome changes in your body. I used dial soap when I was pregnate and it cleared it up for me.

its just horomones. use a soap like an acne body wash. it will clear up soon once your body gets used to everything. good luck and congrats.
