They do not stay that size. They grow because they get swollen and tender and they get full of milk. Once the baby stops breast feeding the boobs dry up and they go to their normal size.

Totally depends on your boobs. Mine and my sister's went right back to where the were, exactly, but we were both 34B's with very small boobs to begin with. My friend was a 38DD and hers got up to a 40EEE when breastfeeding but now she's a 36D a year later. So it totally depends on your body.

Wear a sports bra the whole time though, even while sleeping, so they don't sag!

When a girl gets pregnant her boobs do grow..but thats only because her body is providing breast milk for her baby and no they dont stay like that....

I am getting ready to have my 4th baby, and after my 1st one they were a little bigger, but after my 2nd and 3rd they were a lot bigger. Now I am 5 months preg. and I'm already as big as I was at the end of my 3rd preg. Hopefully I keep a little more this time too!

not unless they breast feed then once they stop then their boobs shrink too... the only change that really sticks around for most women is wider hips for some a lil flabby pouch but that will go away with alot of ab work outs

depends on the person some people dont grow at all and some people get them right after the baby born and then leave and sometimes like me i lost them more then i had them before so it is different for every person

Nope, sorry to say, they go back to regular size or sometimes smaller, once she stops breastfeeding.

most of the time they actually get a little bit smaller :(

mine did, I started out at 36D all through my pregnancy then after nursing they were 40D now they are 42D.....go fig!
