The response pointing out the S-N-M has a good point.
Otherwise, though I think the name sounds neat, I'm going to go with everyone who has told you that what YOU think about the name is what matters. My husband and I picked names for our unborn and didn't even consult our families. We just TOLD them what we had in mind. My own grandmother doesn't like ANYthing we picked, but do we care? Nope.

I don't really like the name Sabien. I like Marcel Nathaniel though. Those are nice names and they sound good together. I knew a guy in college named Marcellus.

You are the one who should like the name of your baby. Though you can take the opinions of public.. ultimately it should not affect your personal decision

I think that the initials sound like S and M, sadism and masochism. Not good.

it's your baby if u like it then go with it. i personally am not crazy about the name but who cares? someone is always going to hav esomething to say, best of luck.
