Mine never popped with baby # 1 but with #2 it was about 32 weeks. Everyone is different, it depends on your belly button.

I know what you mean, I can't remember when mine popped out the first time. I'm pregnant with my second at 12 weeks and it already popped out. If it does happen for you, it will probably be earlier with the second.
