Yes. It's normal at least I hope so. I had some of it when I was pregnant with both of my kids. In my opinion, morning sickness is a little bit different from like if you had the flu or something like that. You don't even have to eat anything sometimes to throw-up when you are pregnant. Sometimes you may have a lot of mucus in your throw-up and sometimes food particles. I know it's gross. If you are concerned, ask your doctor your next check-up. They will be able to tell you since they deal with pregnancy all the time.
Some women also have morning sickness worse than others and I'm sure it's different for each person.

You probably had nothing in your stomach. I had morning sickness with my 2 daughters pregnancies something terrible. Eat small meals more frequently. I got motion sickness bands and wore them on my wrists, that helped a little. There's also this stuff you can get that might help it's called Baby's Bliss Morning Sickness Magic, Peach Ginger. Here's a link so you can see what I am talking about.

Well youre going to throw up whatever is in your stomach, did you eat something white based? Try eating some saltine crackers before you get out of bed and sipping on ginger ale, it will help with the nausea, also, smaller more frequent meals will help

It can be white or yellow. Especially early in the morning. It is your stomach bile. Get used to it sister, you'll probably have it for about 3 months!! :)

depends on what you've eaten. i couldn't keep down anything, so my hurl varied depending on what i attempted to eat. i once vomited a clear liquid because i couldn't keep down the water i drank with my prenatal vitamin. most mornings, as soon as i awoke, i vomited bile(normally yellow and metallic tasting) bec my stomach was totally empty. morning sickness sucks but the end result makes it all worth it. good luck!

you'll throw up anything you eat, plus lots of other stuff too. have you had any dairy products? the white stuff might also be the prenatal vitamins, i always threw up mine. if you're feeling woozy, stick with water and crackers until you feel better. good luck!
