I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I've been having problems with 'morning sickness' that lasts all day long. Well, I was handling it by eating crackers and sipping ice cold water but it's not working anymore. It's now to the point where ANYTHING & EVERYTHING I eat makes me sick to my stomach. I can't even drink water without feeling like I'm going to be sick. Any suggestions on what I can do? It's to the point that anything I eat makes me sick and not eating makes me sick. I go to the dr next week but any suggestions to get me through til then?

Hi there, we are TTC baby #2. Thurs, friday and sat were my prime days. On friday morning, I felt slight cramping in the morning on the right side, which I assumed was ovulation, and we had sex, on Sat, I felt cramping on left side, we had sex, but it is now tuesday, and I stil have been having light cramping on and off, right now its more on the right side, but its just slight cramping, ever since friday. Was I wrong on when I thought I would ovulate. My cycles are 25 days and my last period was on September 27. We did the pillow under the bum thing both times also, but with my son, I never started the cramping until I was around 5-6 weeks. any thoughts? And please keep your fingers crossed for us, we are really wanting to give our little boy a sibling. Thank you for your time for reading, and answering my question. Muchly Appreciated.

Almost a year ago I had a miscarriage, and had to undergo a DNC. There were complications during the surgery and I had to get transferred to another hospital because I was bleeding to death. I was out of it during most of this, but my boyfriend and mother had to deal with it all the surgeries I had that night to try to get it to stop without removing my ability to have children. I was lucky and they were able to slow it before the next surgery of completely removing my uterus. Now though it seems that he does not want to have another child, citing the cost and stress of more children, (we each of one of our own). He told me before the reason he had bought the house with three bedrooms (he’s son lives with his mother) is because he wanted more children and had broken up with his previous girlfriend because she did not. Do you think he is afraid of what may happen or that he has really changed his mind although now he has a job that pays him twice then when I was pregnant? Thanks.

Can the thought/worry of pregnancy actually cause blue veins and stretch marks to pop up on sore heavy breasts in someone who is not actually pregnant? (and stay for weeks?) This is in addition to many other early pregnancy symptoms... (freq urination, nasal congestion, headaches, bloating, food cravings, emotions, fatigue). And for the record, I have not been trying to get pregnant, and do not want to be pregnant.

My daughter just turned 12 months and I am already 9 weeks pregnant. My doctor and I have already decided on a repeat c-section. I am wondering if there are any risks associated with this pregnancy? Is there anything I should avoid doing or can't do? I want this pregnancy to be as safe as the first.

Right now, I am very paranoid about being pregnant.I do not want any more kids. I protected myself well, but my husband did not fulfill his end of the deal.

Anyways, I cannot get in to my OB until after Thanksgiving to get a tubal, and this I have been banking on doing for some time. I already have a 6 year old, and a 10 month old, and the thought of having a baby makes me physically ill.

Thing is, I am wondering if I should get the MAP, since I did have sex yesterday on the 14th day of my cycle. I usually ovulate on the 11-12th day, so I thought I would be OK using protection as long as my genius husband did not...you know. Well, he did.

Now I am pissed at him and forcing him to get clipped ASAP, like tomorrow ASAP. If I am indeed pregnant, I will have the baby, but I want to give it for adoption because I really don't want any more kids. Is this wrong for a married couple to do? We are not poor by any means, I just don't want any more kids. Period.

Is this wrong?

I am so thrilled! My husband and I have been trying for almost one year! We found out last night and our one year anniversary is in less than a week! So my question is, when should I tell our family? I am only 4 weeks and 2 days. I really want to tell my mom. But I want to wait to tell the rest of our family until thanksgiving, I thought that would be fun! I am scared of misscarrying though. But I cant hold it in any long I am so excited!

Hi, My husband and I are TTC and this past week when I either laying in bed and roll over or just move sometimes or stand up and stretch I get this feeling right in my uterus that I cannot tell if it's a burning or cramping or tearing feeling on my left side it's just a sharp pain for few seconds only. What can this mean? Can I be pregnant, because my breast have been really swollen and sore for a week or so and I've been really moody & sad and my period isn't due until Oct 22 & I normally don't get my PMS symptoms until this coming weekend or next week. Maybe this feeling is from ovulation taking place, because this Sunday was the day. Just wanna know if this is normal and nothing to worry about.

Thanks in advance.

I'm five months pregnant and I have mostly been wearing a pair of "Crocs," which really saved my feet when they started swelling and hurting a lot. But, they are not really a winter shoe. Does anyone have any recommendations for a comfy winter shoe or boot for when I'm even further along? Thanx!

I had a miscarriage Sept 10. 2006. My doctor told me the next time I get pregnant to come in as soon as I find out so I can get a shot. The problem is, that I don't remember what the shot is called. All he told me is that it will help the pregnancy along. I think I may be pregnant again and I wanted to do some research on this shot he was talking about. Does anyone know what it is called? I remember it started with a P, if that help at all...

I'm 19 years old and I'm about 10 weeks pregnant with my first child. I went to my obgyn this morning for a check up and she decided she'd do my first ultrasound today. I was excited because I heard that they usually don't do them that early. In the ultrasound, she could only see the birthing sac. She told me I might not be as far a long as we thought, or that I'm going to have a spontaenous abortion. She went ahead and took my blood for another pregnancy test, and I'm waiting for the lab to call me with the results. I haven't experienced any abnormal symptoms, but I'm worried sick. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

I'm 27 years old, married and pregnant with my second child. This pregnancy has been astoundingly different than the pregnancy with my first.

My problem is that I am getting rather bad varicose veins in both my legs; some of them have even burst and left behind nasty spiderweb like black marks (bruises). To start with... I don't have time to sit back and relax at many times during the day -- I'm a stay-at-home Mom with my 10 month old who recently started walking. I get rest time when she gets nap time and when my husband comes home from work (an hour before baby's bedtime) -- he goes to work before she gets up to start her day.

My question is ... Have any other Moms out there had this problem or similar to it? Are there any suggestions to reducing the vericose veins that I already have or to preventing more later on as this pregnancy progresses?

Any help would be appreciated.

I could have sworn I was pregnant (7 Weeks roughly). The last test I took was still negative. But I had intercourse when I was supposedly ovulating and have been experiencing headaches, frequent urination, irritability, crying, abdominal bloating, nausea, cramping, nasal congestion, blueish/purplish vaginal coloring, sore, heavy, breasts with blue veins and blue veins on abdomen. Now all I have is some mild nausea, mild headaches, extreme emotions, and heavy breasts with blue veins. The soreness has gone away, but the bumps on the areola, the veins, and the extra breast weight are still there. What do you think? Still pregnant? Never pregnant? I'm seeing the doctor in a week, but I'm anxious for some opinions/experiences.
