there's this book that you can buy called "the pregnancy bible" and it tells the safest positions in there when you are pregnant because you do not want to squish the baby by any means. it is better for you to be on top than for the man to be. also the man coming from behind, or doggie style. as long as you aren't putting pressure on you're stomach, you should be fine.

seimen has hormones in it that heighten laborrisks so try to if your later in your pregnancy. doctors wont tell you this. my dad did though.
