NO.....there is always crooked Dr's no matter what state you live in. You just have to dig really deep. I heard of a young lady having an abortion at 6 months (when the baby has a chance of living) for no reason other than she "didn't want to ruin her body". Its very disturbing knowing that a Dr. would do this so far along in pregnancy.

Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Mississippi, New Hampshire,New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Vermont, and West Virginia don't seem to have any policies in place banning late term abortions. Several others have restrictions that are still being battled out in court.

Well, you can only get an abortion until a certain piont in every state. If there is something fatally wrong with the fetus, however, or if it has died inutero, then they can give you medication that induces labor, which may or may not have to be followed up by a d&c.

You would have to check out your state's laws regarding abortion. I don't believe it is legal to have an abortion after the second tri-mester.

You would have to check with each state, and you are allowed by law to travel to another state where it is legal. But I think it is sick and those people will pay the price in the end. That child has a chance for life, and you kill? Hmm, isn't that murder?

My daughter was born at 23 weeks and is fine today. I think it should all be banned.

if some one gets an abortion after the 2 month or 3rd that is murder because that baby has a heart beat and you should get charged with murder.and if its health then it should of been found before.i think that is stupid if u get it just because you don't want the baby have it then give it up for adoption DON'T KILL YOUR BABY
