Would like to know which week of the pregnancy the Baby formed in the Uterus? I would like to know what are all the possibilities in this case. What is the chance or percentage for this kind of bebavious and what is the reason for this?

Your question doesnt make a whole lot of sense.
Most women get an ultrasound between 18-24 weeks into their pregnancy. Some women may get one sooner if their are health risks, high risk pregnancy etc

what? The baby forms in the uterus from a few days after conception...
Unless its a tubal pregnancy in which case teh tube ruptures killing the baby and endangering the mother. Or else it has to be removed....
