I'm so sorry.
It's actually extremely common for women to lose their first pregnancy. I lost my first too. However, I now have three healthy children. It may sound horrible, but female bodies often need to "warm up" in order to build up enough hormones to support a healthy pregnancy.
The only thing you can do is eat right, drink plenty of water and pray. I hope you get good news, but if you don't, you're not alone.

I'm 20, I've had 3. After the first miscarriage, the likelihood of further miscarriages significantly drops. I've just had significantly bad luck. Over half of all first pregnancies terminate naturally due to defects with the fetus. It's normal. Your body is trying to figure out the whole pregnancy process and how to do it right. Relax. The more you worry, the less it's going to help you.

sound like the baby stopped growing right after implantation. it is very normal thing to happen. Most cells stop growing for numerous reason. I know it is hard. I have experienced one too and i still get upset about it all the time and it has been 2 years ago. I was only 6-8 weeks pg, but it happened for a reason. It will happen again when the time is right.

yes I had the same problem when I was 19 and I had no signs anything was wrong until the last minute I had some spot bleeding and the Dr.said its normal to have it in the first few weeks of pregnancy but it led to heavy bleeding and I lost the baby at 12 weeks and it was because my hormone level was to low to carry a baby next pregnancy had the same problem but took hormone shots and hes 9 now.
