Pregnancy - October 2006

I am 17 weeks pregnant and 18 years old...my pregnancy has been pretty normal...little constipation their...throwing up here lol...but other than that nothing crazy to report...Its time to do the down syndrome blood work to find out if my baby might have this disease...It is my first pregnancy and as I said it seems to be normal...plz tell me what you all think of my chances are for my baby to have down syndrome...I am soo nervouse...I do the blood work tomorrow...plz...DONT BE RUDE...and I know your not doctors I want opinions..I know I will love my baby regardless..but just want to know what you guys think my chances are..Thanks in advance...

I just had my daughter 4 months ago. I was suppose to start the pill but because I am breastfeeding I haven't started it. I have been feeling sick again and I wanted to know can I be pregnant even though I am breastfeeding??

Has anyone been told this before and the baby didn't come out with it. How can they tell on the 3-D ultrasound that will tell you without having diagnostic testing done. If your baby did have it was your pregnancy different did you feel that something is wrong with the pregnancy. Worried mother of 2 and one on the way.

Am I supposed to have HORRIFYING cramps and HEAVY bleeding. Before I got pregnant, my periods were moderate as bleeding was concerned and I only cramped the first and last day but now I been cramping since Saturday night. Is this normal?

I feel like i have a knot on my belly and it has been giving me bad pains when the baby kicks it, it hurts when i walk and my tummy bounces a little it hurts and when i bend over, but i have not got medical insurance yet bc of a bunch of misunderstandings so my doctor acts like he dosent want to fool with me. my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. I haven't had my period for 2 months but in sept I took 3 preg tests and they all came back neg. Before i start I get sick to my stomach, my boobs get sore just like when you first get pregnant. Could it be possible to be pregant and still show a neg result?

My doctor said no sex until further notice. Is there anything else I shouldn't do like lifting etc.? My baby is healthy according to the ultrasound. He said the placenta sometimes moves up further along in the pregnany, but what if it doesn't. What then? Is bed rest in my future or is it going to be OK?

The last time I had unprotected sex was the beginning of july. I saw the OB/GYN mid-august, she said all is well. I had two home pregnancy tests come back negative, and i began what i thought was a period (pretty light for me) so i began birth control pills in september. now my middle is getting thick, though I am not gaining weight, and my breasts are swollen and sore. I have been nauseous off and on every day for about a month. Two more home tests, two more negatives. Last month, got a "period" when i took the green pills in the pack, but again was light. now i have this gurgling and bubbling in my intestinal area, that comes and goes. and i feel like there's something pushing on the bottom of my lungs and it's hard to breathe. still, OB/GYN says if home tests are negative all is well. just want to hear from women that have had children, tell me if my instincts are correct or if i'm just overreacting. i have an appointment with the doc on the 16th.

ok..for all of you who feel like you shouldnt be asked a question cuz you are not a doc..thats wonderful..just to clear that up now...I only want suggestions, opinions or experiences...anyhoo with that said..Has any of you ladies experienced serious constipation? WHEN I WAS 14 I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH VONWILLEBRANDS DISEASE AND I WAS PUT ON DEPO PROVERA.SO FROM THE TIME I WAS AROUND 15 UP UNTIL I WAS 19 I WAS ON DEPO. I HAVE BEEN OF OF DEPO SINCE MAY 2005 AND I HAVE HAD CYCLES UNTIL THIS MONTH, WHICH HAVE BEEN VERY REGULAR. NOW IM HAVING ALOT OF CRAZY SYMPTOMS. BIGGER BREAST, ALOT OF WEIGHT GAIN AND ALOT OF NAUSEA.

A month ago I had my IUD removed. I am 19...never had children yet...(i dont even know why the doc let me have an IUD)............ anyways..... That same day i took plan b for just incase purposes. My period is now 1 week late..I have been peeing alot more then often..my breasts are noticeably bigger..but not really sore...I have been VERY emotional latley for no reason...and feel queezy in the mornings...but not actually puking..HOWEVER I did take a preg test yesterday and it said negitave...do you think all of this is because of the plan b, IUD, or could I still possibly be prego?

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and I can't look or smell any sort of food. I'm only able to eat saltines and they are even starting to make my stomach turn. I haven't threw up too much but the nausea is crazy. What have you done to help ease your pain? Also how long did your nausea last? Almost any smell makes me wanna yack! thanks for your answers.♥

i SWEAR that what i am feeling is the baby moving, or st least starting to move, it only started on sunday. my boyfriend thinks that it is too early to feel it, but it feels like gas (but lower than where i usually feel gasy) mixed with cramping (not period cramps but weird , not strong cramps in the middle of my lower belly) mixed with bubbles in my stomach, mixed with heartburn...the funny thing is that it will randomly happen, and stop just a quick as it starts... could this be the baby moving?? or am i just having some wierd body actions?? or is this just wishful thinking, or something i should go & talk to my dr about ASAP?? BTW this is my 1st pregnancy, so im not too sure what to look for as far as baby moving!
