I feel like i have a knot on my belly and it has been giving me bad pains when the baby kicks it, it hurts when i walk and my tummy bounces a little it hurts and when i bend over, but i have not got medical insurance yet bc of a bunch of misunderstandings so my doctor acts like he dosent want to fool with me. Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same problem...i think... I was having pains in my stomach at the top and it was hard like a knot. When I bent over it hurt or when I move a certain way. My doctor told me that is was probably the position of the baby. "You have to remember",he said," all your organs are being pushed high, high up, so you will feel pressure and if your baby lays a certain way you can feel pain from it." So I mean, if that sounds like what you are experiencing too then I am glad I could help, if not, I suggest you tell the dic* head doctor to figure out what is wrong with you.

I am also 37 weeks by the way! Congrats!

First of all no matter what your doctor acts like he is bound by the hypocratical oath. Which is: If you can do no good do no harm. So if you feel he is not giving yu the right care or is aloof to your needs get an attorney. I would anyway because I have a feeling your going to need one.

The knot in your stomach could be nerves about labor and delivery. From what you describe with the insurance and stuff I would guess that would be a distinct probability.

In any case Congrads.

if you are really worried go to emerg other wise it is probably just a streched or ripped muscle, if the pain is low you could have small damage to the bladder muscle if its high although uncommon you could have damaged the diaphram muscle. The baby could have kicked or you moved the wrong way, or streched up over your head anything could have triggered it. I know it hurts but if the baby is not in stress it will go away after its born.
