It has been 6 weeks since my miscarriage and I still have not had a period. Is this normal? I already took 2 pregnancy tests yesterday and they both came out negative. Is this normal after a miscarriage?

yes darling, it is. it can take several weeks for your body to adjust to normal and your HCG's to go back to 0. i am so sorry for your loss, i know firsthand how devastating losing a child is. *hugs*

I went almost 8 weeks after my miscarriage before I had a period. After 6 months, my periods still weren't very regular either. My doc said it was normal. And I actually got pregnant after about 7 months!!

im going throught the same thing girl!6 weeks exact since the m/c. but i didnt have a d/c so i think it takes a lil bit longer for us to get back to normal if it doesnt come in a few more weeks then get checked by the doctor

You should talk to your doctor. Everybody's body reacts differently to miscarriages.

Yes, the same thing happened to me. It is your hormones. I did not have a period for four months.

It depends on whether you had a D&C or not. You may be due a period on your next go round.

Sorry for your lost, but unless you had unprotected sex why would you be taking a pregnancy test? You shouldnt have sex until your six week check up....

yes its normal you can go 3 months sometimes
