Can the thought/worry of pregnancy actually cause blue veins and stretch marks to pop up on sore heavy breasts in someone who is not actually pregnant? (and stay for weeks?) This is in addition to many other early pregnancy symptoms... (freq urination, nasal congestion, headaches, bloating, food cravings, emotions, fatigue). And for the record, I have not been trying to get pregnant, and do not want to be pregnant.

All mammals have the ability to "convince" themselses they are pregnant - just as if you think you have a cold you will get one. It's the same kinda thing. Do a test just to be sure though.

I don't think the worry alone could cause all of those things. Maybe you are having some kind of hormonal problems or an auto-immune disorder. You should get checked by a Dr.
