Pregnancy - October 2006

me and my fella cannot decide on names i hate his surgestions and he hates mine or hes not taking it serious. im starting to think we are never going to agree and that our baby is going to be nameless. im only 11 weeks so i know we have time but i want to have some ideas but hes not helping, is anyone else having the same problems or have had the same kinda thing happen?? any advice on how to get him to stop being daft would be helpfull i love him to bits but this is driving me nuts.!!

i come off the depo injection in may after getting it 3/4 times. i did a preg test on sunday just gone and it come back pos what are the chances its wrong or is it quite clear that i am infact pregnant? i dont mind if i am. its quit exciting. just waiting to hear back from my doctor now for the results of his test he did.

But i have started buying little bits & bobs every month in a hope that by 7-8 months i will have everything i need & will not have to spend money (that will be tight on my partners wages alone when i stop work) on baby's bits. Many people have told me i am silly for buying stuff this soon? I appreciate the higher risk of miscarriage under 12 weeks but is it not better to think positive & be prepared for my new arrival?! I would like to know when other first time mums started buying their first bits & bobs? Thank you. x

She was an almost girlfriend in high school, and he hadnt seen her in alomst a year.. my Husbands friend started bringing her around the house in the last week. In only a week he fell for her. He left me at home sleeping to go tell her that he had feelings for her and she shared them and that he was confused... I dont know the truth only what he finally told me.. He went to her, walked with her, and held her hand. I can only pray that thats all it was but he left at 11am and didnt come back until 3pm. He says he told her that they couldnt be together and just wanted to be friends. He said he likes her but loves me. He says he loves me and Silas our unborn son. This is the same girl that has been invited over to my apartment on several different accounts to "hang out" while Im at work for 10 hours every night where I cant leave. He even invited her over after he supposedly told her that it wouldnt work. Let me remind you all that I am 81/2 months pregnant...

What form of birth control/ contraceptives were u using when you got pregnant? Was everything used perfectly?

I got pregnant while on the pill (used it right) and I was also on the second to last day of my period, a time many people beleive its impossible to get pregnant. Our daughter is the best surprise my husband and I have ever gotten. Just wondering how many other people have "pleasant surprise" babies

I'm only 3 months pregnant, yet I am already out of my jeans and tighter clothes and into tracksuit bottoms.

With my first child, you could barely tell until I was about 4 and a half months.

The doctors told me that with a second child, it is normal that it is noticeable earlier. Does anyone know why this is?

Also, I haven't had a doctor's appointment for 2 weeks, and I don't have another one until 3rd November. Is it normal to have a large bump already?

my breasts hurt so bad i can stand it my nipples hurt even worse but im having really sharp pains in my breasts im 20 years old could i still be growning or could i be pregnant? also i find myself not being able to sleep on my stomach it makes me feel sick like im nervous. me and my hubby have benn together a long time and we havent been using proyection at all for 2 years im actually supprised i havent gotten preg already. so any answers would be great thank you all
