No it can not abort the fetus. The aspirin does however thin the blood which could lead to problems in the development of the fetus. If you want tot take an aspirin a day consult a physician if you are pregnant. I guarantee it isn't recommended.

Its not all that easy to abort an embryo or fetus, but it may be pretty easy to cause birth defects by taking stuff.

Definitely.AVOID ASPIRIN during your last trimester..but please
ask your doctor about any health related questions during your
pregnancy.. it may not normally cause any problems in the first
trimester for most women...but I would check with your doctor
first.

maybe--it'd definately affect the fetus--aspirin is a blood thinner and if you take enough of any drug it can harm a developing baby.

I don't think so the reason you shouldn't take aspirin while pregnant is because it thins your blood.

where did u hear somethan like that, how would u even know if u were pregnant a week in? most woman find out when they have been prego for longer than that
