I know that when you're pregnant, you shouldn't eat fish due to the mercury content, but what are other foods that you should stay away from? I have a list that's a million miles long about all the drugs that aren't healthy for your baby while you're pregnant (like NyQuil, alcohol, narcotic-based pain killers, etc), but what about foods?

i'm 31 weeks preg today i went, shopping for2-3 hrs which included just.few shops and, sitting on chair in shops.when i came back home once i lied down on bed all possible joints, bones and muscles in pelvic region, hips started to hurt so bad.Can't turn,sit,stand,lift feet off ground level or walk. bones clicking alongwith old pain in out vagina.I see people do housework, jobs etc.when preg. wts wrong with me? i live with.awful vaginal/pelvic pain all the.time.

its 2 the limit of, paralyzing.as cant do any housework, sex.without getting atleast 2 sleepless, nights with unbearable pain.

I'm almost 21wks pregnant and have been feeling the baby moving since week 16 and from the outside I could feel him around 18wks!!! This is my 1st pregnancy and the doctor only asked if I was feeling movements.....he didn't say how often I should be feeling them. From what you women have experienced about how many times a day and for how long should I feel him? I usually don't until I'm lying in bed or when I come back to bed in the middle of the night after using the bathroom! Thanks!!!!

I had intense contractions every 2 to 3 minutes for about two hours last night. Now they've lessened, but aren't going away. How can you tell if they're real contractions?

i have been sleeping a lot lately and i still feel that i am not getting enough sleep, i also have been eating alot than usual and feels tired even if im not doing much work or havnt been doing so much stff. also my bf told me that it seems that im sick cause he feels that my body temperature is a bit highr than normal (seems that im having a fever) and im 2 days delayed (missed my period) but i my not experiencing headache vomitting or nausea. what is the possibility that i am not pregnant?

How soon after you become pregnant can you start to feel morning sickness? My friend had unprotected sex on Monday night and started feeling really nauseous today. Is this too soon? Let me know if any other women have experienced this so early.

what can you do if you are 40 weeks pregnant..and your baby is past her due date by a day...because i was suppose to have mines on the 18th and now its the 19th and i was wondering what could i do to make her come sooner..and this is my first pregnancy...and iam only 17years old.....please if you were 40weeks pregnant what did you feel..just wondering??..since iam and this is my first...because i have been feeling cramps and all and i thought its because im close to labor...because on the 17th the day be4 my due date i did have a real contraction...and im not to sure...if its possible to feel a real contraction and iam still pregnant 2days l8ter..idk please i need all the advice i could get thank you..:)

i'm a month along and i'm spotting lightl brown sometimes pinkish. there is no pain or cramps just the constant feeling like i'm wetting myself. and it's only there when i wipe. i'm scared cuz i was pregnant 2 years ago and when i was 9 weeks along i miscarried. i'm i just being parinoid or should i go to the er. i'm under stress big time from the baby's dad and people who are not taking this very well. and is it ok to actually not feel like i am carrying a child. i know i am but i don't feel like i am. i'm more scared then anything.

My boyfriend and I had sex about a month ago, and well the condom broke and he came inside of me. I was suppose to have my period about a week ago, but it hasnt came yet. i dont want one bc im against it... its wrong to kill my poor little baby. the thing is he was thinking maybe we should abort it and i dont want to bc if i do i will definitely kill my damn self. ill give myself abortion too. the thing is i dont want to and i am force to getting one bc i love the guy but i kno imma kill myself before even getting one bc i had sex and i have to pay.. i shouldnt of had open my legs and so now i pay the price.* dont think bc i got pregnant by accident that i dont want my child nor love it... i do love my child and i want it when ever bc its mines and he/she deserves to live. also to i feel by having this child will show how strong i am for a 17 yr old. what shold i tell this guy in order to make him change his mind? and what would you do if you were in my situation??please i need advice..and by the way i do want to keep it if you think i dont..

can taking medicine cold that is throw off your birth control pill. i was also throwing up alot too but still took the pill. i did not tell my pediatrian i was on the pill. i had sex 13, 14, and 16 i of july when i was better and my period was due last week of july and i still dont have it. should i make an appointment with an adult doctor i am 18? or am i just pariniod?

first off there was no penetration, but we were naked, i cam un her inner thigh very close but not actually on or in her. i wouldnt be worried about it, but shes showing symptoms nausea, sore breasts, headaches and shes 4 days late on her period.

We are planning to get married anyway, but arent engaged yet, (it was going to be a few years), i love her very much, and she feels the same way, she tells me that if she is she wouldnt mind because she thinks she is ready.

finally, we live about an hour apart, im still in college and shes not going to go, i dont have a real job, and i would rather be more financially secure before getting married and then be even more secure and then have children.

what kind of options do we have, and what can i do?

I was about 26 weeks when I had my child. I was having s-x with my husband when I noticed that I was bleeding. He drove me to the hospital and by that time I was having what felt like menstrual cramps in my lower abdomen. The nurse that checked me told me that I was 7cm dialated and there was no way of stopping my labor. So they quickly took me into the operating room and performed an emergency C-section. When I asked what could have cause my preterm labor, i was told that there was no specific reason - that the baby just wanted to come out. I have never been satisfied with that answer. I don't smoke, drink, or use drugs. At the time I was working as a store manager and I felt so much pressure and it was really getting to me. I decided to quit one Friday afternoon and a week later, I went into labor. Two weeks prior to that, I had "spotted" my underwear but didn't think much of it because it only happened once. Was it the pressure or the fact that I had s-x while pregnant (wrong move)
