Id ask your doctor to be 100% sure and get checked out to make sure you are all healed. It took me a long time to feel back to normal after my c section

Hi looks like we are exactly in the same spot! I am 5 weeks post partum and have had no pain since day 1 of postpartum. My second little one was born on Jul 17th when was yours? My doc told me no situps or strenuous workouts til 6 weeks postpartum, so I will wait that long. I would recommend doing whatever your doc said, or if he didn't, wait 6 weeks. I had my first by csection as well and waited 6 weeks then. Better safe than sorry! Good luck to you!

Every persons body is different. I was healed in a week with my c-section then they went over the same scar for my reversal and it healed a week as well. If you are Not having ANY kind of pain or when you stretch I would say go for it. If you want to make sure it is FULLY healed then I would see your doctor. GOOD LUCK

If everything goes well for you hopefully 6 to 8 weeks but that doesnt mean you cant walk after 3 it does depend on your body so take time to rest and heal the better care you take on yourself will result in the faster you can get back to your normal life.... well normal life with your new baby.

That is a question you really need to ask your doctor. Even if the incision looks healed on the outside, it may not be on the inside. You definitely do not want to risk opening an incision on your uterus as it will bleed very fast and profusely.
Make a call to your doctor to be safe.
