Yes this is too soon. Even if fertilization has taken place, the egg has not implanted yet, so there should be no physical symptoms of pregnancy. Symptoms will not occur until after implantation has taken place, and that will be in about 2 weeks.

too early my friend is 1 month pregnant and no morning sickness yet. I think it varies from one individual to the other but 1 week is too Early. Maybe in 2 weeks or a month .

I think it is to Early for morning sickness, but not for anxiety. Maybe she is just nervous that she had unprotected sex?

It's much to early. It may just be in her head. Tell her to get a pregnancy test if her period is late, though.
