Pregnancy - August 2006

I've been feeling sick, like I'm going to throw up every morning (though I never do) for about the past week, but if I was pregnant, I'd be less than a month along, so I don't know if the nausea is from something else.

ok today was my first doctors apt. since i found out i was pregnant....they told me i was 5 weeks pregnant based on my last peroid...BUT they told me my due date is march 2nd which would mean im alot farther along...so then i asked based upon my due date, when i most likely conceived, and they told me the 8th of this month...WHICH IS NOT 5 WEEKS AGO.... what the hell is my doctor doing?????? none of it adds up and i need to know!

I have tested negative twice (a week apart) but have all the pregnancy symptoms..missed period, nauseated all day long, tingling breasts, extreme fatigue, frequent urination, moodiness...would be 6 weeks along if pregnant....please help

last Tuesday at 18 wks my baby was diagnosed with semilobar holoprosencephaly. She had only half a brain, heart problems and other deformities. Chance of survival was 0%. I had to have a medical induction, as her she had water on the brain and it was causing her head to swell. Emma Catherine was born alive and we had the chance to hold her and kiss her for an hour. Then she went to God. My heart aches so badly and I want to be pregnant again so bad that I can't stand it. Has anyone had a similiar situation? I feel so alone. Is it normal to feel this way? What should I do?

I have heard/read that women pregnant with subsequent babies DONT usually drop until labor is about to start. I was at my 37 wk checkup today & I am 1cm dilated, and -2 station (which means baby dropped in last day or 2). Just looking for any input! Thanks

I don't think that women should be given a choice, on having a c-section versus natural delivery. C-section should not be an option, unless it is an emergency or your doctor sees fit. I think that many women choose this way over natural births, because they are afraid of the pain of the labor and delivery. What do you think? And I have a friend who had an emergency c-section, and she was up and moving around normally. I don't think it should be an option.

Hello My llittle sis Jess Whos 12 is pregnant. Shes never had sex and shes never had a bf anyway... How is it possible? We are planning to tell my parents but I would like some answers first. (Just to tell them what we think.) She got a little *chubby* if you know what I mean. I didn't think She was preg. but I tested her anyway. Turns out she is and I havn't told her yet beause I know her and she would freak! She has only had 2 periods before and then they stopped! This is crazy and I need answers because I'm planning to tell my parents today. I will show them this page and don't worry my sister won't be seing this page so say whatever you think is wrong with her. Even if you have no clue support helps. Also Please no questions beause I can't answer and if I did I would have to e-mail you and I don't have time for that.


Also sorry for missellings and things I did this in a rush!!!

When I did my u/s at 22w4d gestation... the u/s gestation said 24w6d...including 2 wks for ovulation this is still wrong by at least 2 weeks. Then I hear alot of women say that at 8wks all they saw was a sac. But at my 8wk u/s .. it looked like a gingerbread man. It had little legs and arms already sprouting out. =) It was kinda funny! Obviously the baby is measuring bigger than he should but do you think he could have been a big baby even at the 8 wk u/s?

I'm due on September 12 and was originally thinking that I would simply continue working until I delivered. However, with two weeks left in the waiting game, I'm finding that I'm looking more and more forward to taking time off work and beginning life as a family. (Not to mention being super tired, swollen and achy!) I was thinking of just making my due date my last day at work....if I last until then!

I was 6 weeks 4 days yesterday and the doctor did an ultrasound, saw the yolk sac, but baby was just too tiny to see. Is that normal? My numbers are good she said(thursday 5000 saturday over 9000) and wants me to come back next week and she said we should see the baby then. has this happened to you?

me & my bf had sex 3 months ago i had 3 normal periods may june and july,now i missed my periods in aug almost 15 days late.can i be pregnant..we had used the condom,during sex and had forgot to check the one used..but i'm sure it didnt brake..but still very scared and feeling worried about missing my periods..i didnt have signs of pregnancy like dizzyness,changes in breast,morning sickness frequent urination...so please help me and let me if i can be pregnant and is it possible to miss my periods after having sex 3 months back..

My question: How soon is too soon to tell if you are pregnet? The last time my fiance and I had unprotected sex was on Aug 11, my last cycle was on July 27. Im to start my cycle Aug 22, but have not...Should I be concerned or am I just over reacting? Thx.
