Congratulations! It is really not safe to take much of anything while you are pregnant other than tylenol which will do jack for your energy level. You could try eatting 6 times a day which is really time consuming. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and don't eat a lot of junk food. Food and sleep is about the only thing that is going to help with your energy level. Personally with my last child I think I slept the last 2 months of my pregnancy along with the first 3 months lol. Carrying a child can be very draining but it is definately worth it.

Try going swimming once a day or twice if time allows it. It's good, especially with twins. It will take the weight off of your back and legs for a while and allow your body to just relax. Water is very theraputic for pregnancy. Try one of those water noodles and put it under your arms, around your back, and just float. Stay by the edge in shallow water though. It's hard for pregnant women to move very fast, so staying in the shallow end will ensure your safety.
Try allowing your hubby to cook dinner at least a few times a week, and have him help with chores. Right now, you deserve to be treated like a queen. You are caring two of his babies. He should be more then willing to help, and if not, send him my way and I'll knock some sense into him!! ;) Try having him rub your feet at night, or the small of your back, with you laying on your side.
Try going and getting a massage from a licensed massuer that does prenatal massage. Usually your doctor will know of one, so ask at your next appointment, or just call them and ask.
Talk to work about the need to some rest time. Most employers are more then happy to accomidate a pregnant woman. Let them know that you need some time in the afternoon to de-stress. Ask them if they could provide a room for other pregnant women to use for this. Maybe you could start a trend!! ;)
Good luck!! I hope things work out well for you!!

You need to slow down and ask for more days off or it can hurt you and the babies. And that is the last thing you want to do look into early maternity leave some places have it. Explain it to your boss and sometimes your boss can help you out with a longer lunch break so that maybe you can take that nap you need.

I'm 33 wks and was feeling just like you. Somehow, some way..I'm feeling better this week but 2 weeks ago I was dying. You know what kinda helped me stay away while working? (I work 2 jobs!!) Stay concentrated on the job youre performing at the time..it kinda gets your mind off the way you feel. You kinda have to do a "Mind over matter" thing. Convince yourself that you feel great. Taking a nap might not work cuz you'll just feel groggy when you wake up. Being on this site will help you too. It'll make your time (especially at work) go by faster. And of course, make sure youre drinking plenty of water. Good luck!

WOMAN! If you are pregnant and working full-time... it's no wonder you are tired!! Get some rest... it's perfectly normal!
Do NOT take anything to boost your energy. It may not be safe for the baby. Try taking a cool shower to wake you up, or go for a brisk walk.

Cocaine always worked well for me....oh yeah wait can't do that. I'd say when you are at home rest all that you can. Except for a 30 minute walk or pregnancy Yoga if your doctor will allow it.
