I am a personal trainer and I work out, as well, 1 - 1.5 hours per day 6 days per week. I work with pregnant ladies, and as long as they have worked out intensly before pregnant, we keep that same intesity if/when they can't handle it anymore, and then take it down a notch, as it is great for them, and the baby. I plan on doing the same, myself. Just some answers for those that have been there. Thanks.
Also, I know breastfeeding is the only way to go for the baby. But what will it do to my breasts? I know you lose weight quicker, but will it make my breasts flat (I am 36C now)?
Overall, what can I expect out of my body,after my baby,if I continue to eat clean and workout hard d uring and right after pregnancy?
